Relax and float around in a private pool with a lake view. This three bedroom home can comfortably accommodate 6 people - and is great for both indoor and outdoor entertainment. Come catch an amazing AZ sunset, and enjoy the warm weather!
Now listing for the Phoenix Open and Spring Training.
Our house is situated on a small man-made lake next, with an outdoor pool and great sized deck. Just look at the pictures and you can see how amazing the sunsets can be on any given day here in AZ. The lake has a fountain that runs daily from 7am-10pm, providing a very relaxing and consistent set of white noise. We love sitting outside and enjoying the sound of the lake and enjoying the cool weather here from Oct-March.
We have three bedrooms in the house. The master has a King bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. We have one full guest room that has a Queen bed in it, as well as an office with another Queen-size bed. There are also two sofas in the house that can accommodate another 2-3 people. All in all the house can comfortably sleep 8-10 people with air mattresses and beds/pull-outs combined.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and we have two extra fridges for "beverages" and other items. If there are still "beverages" in either one when you arrive, please help yourself!
One of the great things about the house is the natural gas grill. It is hooked up to the house and is yours to use as you wish.
Feel free to use our pool, but just a warning - it gets pretty cold in the winters. We do not run the gas heater attached to the pool as it is ancient and very expensive to run - we ask that guests respect this when they come. Otherwise all of the pool gear is yours to use as you will.

We'll be located just a few miles away at another property during your stay. If you need us for anything... we're only a short message, email or phone call away.
We're always happy to provide local dining and entertainment options, catered to your preferences. The idea is for you to enjoy yourself - we're here to help!
We use this listing as a home base / launching point. As a result you will see some decorations, books and other things that are staples of a regular home.
For some BnB-ers, staying in a place that has a minor footprint of other people's lives can be surprising. Don't fret! The place is yours for your stay! In fact, it's an added bonus!
Anything that you find in the house is yours to use during your stay - pool and sports equipment, cooking utensils, books, DVDs, you name it!
Please - no smoking inside the house, and if you do chose to smoke please keep all activities within the parameters of the law.
Please be respectful of the other neighbors on the lake and be careful to keep outdoor noise down after 10pm.
In addition, the lake has recently been resurfaced due to the fact that someone broke the liner. You cannot swim, fish or boat on the lake (I guess it wasn't meant for that). Regardless it is beautiful so enjoy the view as much as you can.
Hi There! My wife and I are currently "digital nomads" and traveling for the foreseeable future. If you're on this profile, it's probably because we're interested in staying at your place!
Here's some background on me (and a little on "us" as a couple). I graduated from Arizona State University in 2012. During my time at university, I studied for 6 months University of Manchester, the same time as my wife Amanda studied at Hong Kong Polytechnic University - an entire world away. It was our first time away from home for an extended period, and something that we knew we wanted to do again in our lifetime.
Flash forward 7 years to 2017. Both my wife and I left our roles as Directors of Marketing in separate startups (hers more successful than mine) and have set out to do something on our own. We currently own and operate several small niche websites and a digital marketing consultancy called Spry 5. Which brings me to why we're here, hanging out, on my AirBnB profile...
We're very excited to be living the life we dreamed about nearly a decade ago - and to be spending most of that time finding wonderful apartments and studios to live in along the way. Fun fact - we rented our home on Airbnb for about 3 months before we left, so we know what it takes to care for, operate and clean a space for guests... and we like to leave each place like it was our own!
If you have any questions of us, don't hesitate to ask. We hope to get to know you!
PS: If you're a Manchester City fan, let's hang out ;-)
PPS: My wife loves dogs, talking nutrition, is a total marketing / business wizard and is the fastest reader I know.
