We purchased this large 1412 sq ft condo after visiting several Orlando resorts. We love the beautiful large clubhouse, the huge “lagoon” pool with gradual entry, and the clean and pretty landscaping. Our 2nd floor Condo is in a quiet corner, only a short walk from clubhouse & pool.
We also like the 24 hours security, guard-gated entrance, the elevator that makes it easy to bring up groceries & luggage, and that Windsor Hills is one of the closest resorts to Disney World (2 miles).

Our vacation condo is professionally managed by an Agency that is part of the Disney Vacation Rental Home Connection program, meeting the rigid quality standards set by Walt Disney World® Resort.
Windsor Hills Resort offers a variety of recreation & activities for all ages including children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theater, video arcade and billiards.

Paperwork will be forwarded 1 week prior to arrival so you can get into the resort. Windsor Hills is a 24 hour secured gated community!
Owner welcomes communications with the guests and will make a personal effort to make their stay comfortable. A property management agency does the day to day management & maintenance of our vacation condo. They will inspect the condo before you arrive and you can contact them if needed.
A standard rental agreement from the property management agency is included as part of the rental agreement. This agreement is summarized as follows:
Reservation General Terms & Conditions
•All properties are non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. It cannot be used for parties or events.
•The Guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
•By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy excludes children under three years of age.
•The Guest agrees the rental period will begin and end on the dates as shown on the Rental Agreement.
•Games, toys, baby furniture/equipment are used at guests’ own risk. Young children must be supervised at all times.
•Property Management Agency representatives may enter the Property at any time, without notice, for the purpose of protection and/or maintenance of the Property. Whenever possible, Property Management Agency will provide notice to the Guests prior to such entrance.
The Guest will be responsible for the cost of any damages sustained to the Property or its contents; this includes the moving of items to another Property, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay. The Guest also understand that smoking and pets are not permitted in the Property, and any failure to adhere to this will result in a $250 penalty charge. Any relevant costs (together with the cost of additional services requested) will be charged to the Guest as detailed below. The Guest must notify Property Management Agency property management within one (1) hour of arrival if there is already any damage or notable conditions. Otherwise, the Guest authorizes that any repair or replacement costs may be charged to the Guest. If keys issued are not returned to the lock box outside the Property on the day of departure, Guest will be charged $50.
Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a $50 fee, subject to availability in the Property. In the event a Guest fails to depart from the home by 10:00 am with no late check-out arranged and results in Property Management Agency being unable to clean and prepare the home for the next arriving Guest that day, the departing Guest agrees to pay damages and costs incurred by Property Management Agency property management; including but not limited to moving the incoming Guest to another home.
Key Pick-up/Check-in Instructions
Your keyless entry code for your rental property will be mailed approximately one week before you arrive.
The cancellation policy is stated in the website where the booking is made.
Basis of Rental
Each home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen as well as linens and towels.
Property Management Agency also provides complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once these items are used, it is the Guest’s responsibility to replenish them.
Limitation of Liability
Property Management Agency will put forth all reasonable efforts to provide advice and safety information. This information can be found in the Guest Information Package located within the vacation Property. It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure that they have read and understood the contents and advice given following their arrival at the Property. The Company is willing to provide any and all further information pertaining to the Property, providing the Guest has first read the Guest Information Package. In addition, the Company states the following:
•Property Management Agency and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure and/or services in the Property. In the event of failure of equipment, the Guest must notify within one working day, such that Property Management Agency may elect to rectify the failure.
•Property Management Agency and/or the Owner do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property of the Guest from the Property during the rental period. In the event that property of the Guest is lost or stolen, the Guest should advise the appropriate authority first, and then contact Property Management Agency Rentals to report the lost or stolen items.
•Property Management Agency and/or the Owner accept no liability for personal loss or injury to the Guest during the rental period.
•Property Management Agency and/or the Owner does not accept liability for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, riot, or other force majure that may have a deleterious effect on the Guest.
•The Guest agrees to abide by all resort association rules, which are available in the Guest Information Package within the Property, or upon request.
•Failure to comply with any of the terms herein will, at the sole discretion of Property Management Agency property management, result in the eviction of the Guest from the Property, without recompense or refund.
You are welcome to our private vacation condominium; and as the owner/host, it is our goal is to make your stay a comfortable and pleasant one. A property management agency does the day to day management/maintenance and is ready to assist you.
