This 50 m2 is located in the Puerto Canteras district of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (old city) just between the Playa de Las Canertas and the Parque Santa Catalina, It has everything you need for a nice and confortable stay in the island: cooking area, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning table & 4 chairs and a beds for 4 people. There is also a hanger for your clothes. The bathroom is equipped

The surrounding area:
Is in the heart of the Puerto Canteras district where the most famous stores of are located, as well as many other shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. The “Parque Santa Catalina” and the famous “Avenida Mesa y Lopez” street are just at few meters from the apartment with the “Playa de Las Canteras” , "Mercado Central" market and the “Alfredo Kraus” Auditorium, just a few minutes away.


We offer all the amenities you need, Wi-Fi, spacious closets, fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen, hairdryer, washing machine and iron.

In total there is accommodation for five people. The bedrooms has a two singles beds.


We will meet you in the apartment upon arrival for delivery of keys and explanations necessary. And as we live nearby, we are available for any queries during your stay.

No hay muchas reglas a seguir, salvo el sentido común. El apartamento está limpio, tranquilo, acogedor. Usted puede fumar en la terraza, pero por favor no fume en el interior, tenga cuidado con los muebles y paredes.
La limpieza es obligatoria. Por favor, mantener la casa ventilada y asegúrese de dejar las luces apagadas. No se permiten Fiestas ni ruidos molestos.
Sólo las personas que conocemos se les permite permanecer en el apartamento. A la salida, el lugar debe ser relativamente limpio. Puede dejar la basura en los contenedores en la calle de atrás.

Starting with the cons, the beds are very stiff and of terrible quality, the mattress moves out during sleep, the bed base is made of cheap material and has almost no weight to keep it in place, its impossible to stick the two beds together, forget about good sleep on those semi-beds. Also don't expect that you can lay down on the sofa as its very short and stiff too. The hot water runs out quickly, the next person have to wait until the the water heats up again. The wifi doesn't work in the bedroom, like never. The flat is very very noisy because of the busy restaurants below it and full of passing people in front of the only window until 2am, even better - a new beach tennis rentals have started right in front of it which adds even more nosie, forget about sleeping with the window open before that time. No air conditioning in the bedroom, so you either try to sleep with all the noise or close the window and suffocate if you want less noise. The fridge freezes the food, we couldn't figure out how to lower its temperature though we've set it to the lowest degree possible. The owner, Almilcar, haven't showed up, we haven't met him at all during our stay, he have sent a lady who can barely put two words together in English to hand us the keys. When we've notified that lady about the horrible beds she said that she have informed her boss and we never heard back from her about the beds. Pros, close to the city, in front of the beach, easy access to taxis and close to the bus station in a walking distance. If you're staying couple of days then probably you could manage, but if staying longer then look for other options as the noise and the terrible beds will ruin your vacation quickly.

Superb location. Clean and as described in the details.Right on the beach with an excellent view from the balcony. It's so close that you can wave at the buskers outside your window! We were delayed by a couple of hours but the hosts were very helpful and understanding and provided further details on how to get there when we struggled. In addition Miriam booked us a taxi at 5am to get us to the airport and then phoned them to remind them the day before departure. Just about every amenity is close by. There's a small supermarket just opposite the front door and the bakery was used most days. Stayed for a week.

The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated and lovely and clean. Its in a fantastic location overlooking the promenade and beach. Great for sitting on the balcony and people watching! There are numerous restaurants and bars right outside really are spoilt for choice. It was fantastic location to watch the new Year's fireworks from the balcony too. There was some noise from neighbouring apartments but it wasn't really an issue.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Urlaub in Las Palmas braucht! Man ist mitten im Leben an der Promenade, daher ist es natürlich nicht gerade leise, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein... Dafür ist man in einer Minute am Strand und in zehn Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen, wir lieben diese Mischung einfach! Die Kommunikation mit Almilcar war super, er hat uns im Voraus und auch vor Ort immer schnell und zuverlässig geholfen...

Great apartment, perfect location. Modern, clean, comfortable. The bedroom would benefit from air con but everything else was great.

Fantastic apartment overlooking the beautiful beach. Lovely lady made sure we where at home and gave us key information. This apartment is right in a prime location for exploring town and for swimming in the beach. Would definitely stay there again
