This gorgeous house, in situated on a quant quiet one way street but walking distance from the buzz of Prahran, Windsor & South Yarra's famous Chapel Street. Most of the street is lined with heritage listed workman's cottage that date as far back to the 1890's! A really adorable street and walking distance away from the best coffee in Melbourne! YEP the best! (We also live in the area and value GOOD coffee!)
We are SUPER PROUD hosts and want our Air B&B guest to feel mega comfortable during their stay at our cottage which is used full time for short stays. We have just purchased purchased new beds, bedheads. a massive freestanding timber and stainless steel kitchen island bench, pendants, lamps & artwork, we want your safe as stylish and comfortable as possible with the goal of improving each stay by learning from what makes our AirB&B tick. Kon and I REALLY value your feedback and we listen to your feedback.
We have a little library for you guys to enjoy - it is a humble lifetime collection of books. Also, some of the artwork (paintings, photography, drawings and mixed mediums) are my own work, we are so happy to share these with you.
Guest will be provided a large LCD with FOXTEL, Fridge & Washing Machine.
Bed linen & towels will be provided with a full working kitchen. PLUS A Gas BBQ in the backyard.

We love our food & coffee and all things Melbourne and have so many wonderful notable coffee shops and eateries in Melbourne that we would love to share with you, along side all things Melbourne that make up this beautiful city such as golf course, galleries, shopping, museums and site seeing day trips.
We are also only based a stone throw away if you want to chat in person!

Located at the front of the house, it also has its own separate entry. The room has a queen size bed and original fireplace. Please note the fireplace is decorative only and is NOT in working order. The rooms has small built in cupboards.
Situated at the back of the house, it faces the outdoor backyard with two glass sliding door giving the room its own private access.
Bedding for Bedroom 2:
This is a smaller room however it fits a queen size bed. This room does not have any cupboards.
Open living room with large custom design couch and large LCD TV with DVD player. The room also has a gorgeous original decorative fireplace & a stunning COCO Flip pendant by local Melbourne Industrial designer, Kate Stokes.
This room is filled with our beloved Art, Design, Photography, Architecture & Interior design books. We welcome you to enjoy them, please ensure all books are returned to ensure no loss in bond.

The kitchen and dining is open plan (and leads to the living room.) A great space to be in!
The kitchen is appointed with gas hotplate, electric oven and fridge.
The dining table sits 4 people comfortably and can also extend out. Please note there are only 4 dining chairs.
The outdoors pace also has a built in BBQ + a clothes line on the courtyard side.
The bathroom has a large shower & massive vanity + WC. Bathroom also includes a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The open living room/ Dining+Kitchen has a split system air conditioning unit.
Furniture is all clean, modern and very comfortable.
Linen is included. Both bed have a queen size doonas and 2 pillows.
As with all private holiday homes guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy as per your arrival. Excess cleaning will be deducted from your bond at the rate of $75 per hour.
-All standard garbage must be left in a plastic bag and left in the outside garbage bins.
-Any large item excess rubbish must be taken with you or contact us to arrange for excess garbage to be taken away.
-As a courtesy to the owners and next guests please do not vacate without taking care of excess rubbish.
Bins are to be left on the curb Monday night for a Tuesday morning collection.
NO PARTY CLAUSE:
-We welcome groups of friends to the house and hope that you enjoy your stay however we do not permit the use of the house for parties and functions.
STRICTLY NO USE OF DECORATIVE FIREPLACES:
-Both fireplaces are decorative only, therefore will cause a house fire to occur if used. Strictly
-Pets will be considered - please check first.
-No smoking inside.
-Please leave the house neat and tidy & have plenty of FUN while staying at our this gorgeous and STYLISH suburb PRAHRAN!
