This one bedroom apartment is a great place to stay while visiting San Francisco. It's private and comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to transit, some of the City's best museums and Ocean Beach. Please note: there is no kitchen. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children.
The apartment is the lower floor of our home and is completely separate. It has a private entrance through our garage. It's a great space for a visit to San Francisco, clean and comfortable. There is not a kitchen. so you'll need to plan to have your meals outside the apartment. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We keep some of our children's toys neatly arranged along one of the walls of the living room. There is ample free parking on the streets in our neighborhood and easy access to SF Muni light rail and bus lines.
With a stay at our place you'll have access to the bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, and living room with two couches, wifi, TV, and stereo.
We're pleased to say hello at your convenience and otherwise will leave you alone to enjoy your stay and come and go without interruption. If you have questions about the apartment, the neighborhood, city or sites in the region we're very happy to answer them.
We do our best to reply to requests in the 24 hour timeframe. Often we don't make it. 27 hours, 36 hours...more likely.
No smoking in any part of our home or yard including the apartment and garage. Unfortunately, we also do not allow pets. We expect guests to be friendly and respectful and quiet between 9 PM and 7 AM. We also ask that guests leave the apartment clean and in the same condition as when you arrived.
Originally from Chicagoland (me) and Pennsylvania (my husband), we moved to San Francisco from Boston in 1999. We love the city and Northern California - skiing in the Sierras in the winter, hiking and backpacking in the spring & fall, and enjoying the coast year round. Weekends we'll be watching the kids' soccer games, playing ultimate frisbee, or heading to the pool in Marin.
