This completely renovated vacation home is located steps away from the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip. Restaurants, wineries and entertainment all within walking distance of the home. Also, a short drive from many attractions such as the Grand River wineries, Geneva State Park and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. We also offer a pet friendly home!

This unit will have you close to the action of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip! Within steps of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests- offering 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The minute you walk in be prepared to be amazed! Completely remodeled from the ground up EVERYTHING is BRAND new! You enter to the open floor plan home perfect for enjoying your time together with friends or family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you could need for your stay- granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, drip style coffee maker, toaster and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV with Hulu Live enabled for guests viewing pleasure. Two bar style eating areas offer enough space for everyone to enjoy a meal. There are 2 bedrooms in the unit each offering a queen size bed and smart TV with Hulu Live. The washer and dryer is also available to guests. LARGE full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Outside you will find a charcoal grill and fire pit to enjoy during your stay!

A starter pack is provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom), and 2 trash bags. Dish soap, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located at the Indian Creek Campground just around the corner.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

We specialize in many types of tours such as wine tours, covered bridge tours, scenic Lake Erie scenic shoreline tours and more, with group sizes ranging from a couple looking for a romantic night out to a corporate retreat with 100 employees, we can accommodate your needs.
