Our sunny, private flat is ideally located to explore Marlborough. Set in a quiet residential street and an easy walk to town, the flat has a comfy double bed, walk in shower bathroom & kitchenette (complimentary tea and coffee included). Minutes from cafes/bar/restaurants. We look forward to meeting you!
This sunny flat is an ideal base from which to explore Marlborough and it's many attractions; world class cellar doors, mountain bike tracks, the Omaka Aviation Centre and the Marlborough Sounds for sailing, fishing and wildlife - they are all on your doorstep!
The flat is minutes walk from the local shopping centre, with a cafe, post office, pharmacy and supermarket. Or take an easy 20 minute walk into town for a great choice of shops and restaurants.
The flat is located in front of the family home but is private with its own entrance and is separated from the main house with a hornbeam hedge . Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities located at the back of the main house. Off street parking for one vehicle available for short stays on arrangement.
We are a young busy family of five who enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world. We're happy to recommend things for you to do in the region, and will give you the privacy during your stay to come and go as you please. Please note that we live on site in the house adjacent to the flat.
The kitchenette has a small fridge (perfect for chilling a bottle of Marlborough Sauvignon blanc!), a microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob - giving you perfect excuse to dine out at one of Marlborough's many bars, cafes and restaurants! We also have a single fold away bed available on request.
As the flat is newly refurbished, the accommodation is strictly no-smoking please. As there are small children on the property, we ask that the front gate is securely fastened shut on entry and exit. Other than that we are pretty relaxed about most things!

My husband Andrew and I have lived in Marlborough for 6yrs+, I am a Brit by birth but travelled to NZ in 2002 and loved it so much I never left! Andrew was born and raised in South Otago, has travelled extensively and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to New Zealand. Together we're raising our three kids in beautiful sunny Marlborough. We have a busy house with 3 kids and a dog and we enjoy meeting people and sharing in their passion for travel!
