Villa Lefka is set on a lovely beach, near the traditional picturesque village of Lefkimmi. The villa is surrounded by a big green area with private lush gardens full of plants and trees. The shallow sandy beach is right in front of the house.
Inside the house there is a big sitting with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and fireplace, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms sharing one bathroom and a second sitting area.
The villa is surrounded by big gardens immersed in the green with pine, poplar and palm trees, eucalyptus, bougainvilleas and roses. There is a big patio surrounded by trees where you can enjoy your meal or rest on the swing. A big built-in barbecue is to be found at the gardens. The large shaded verandas are ideal for resting or dining ‘al fresco’ with great view to the gardens and the sea. In the gardens behind the house you can find a lot of fruit-bearing trees of all kinds (orange, fig, lemon trees etc.).
A sandy beach is right in front of the house. The sea is ideal for children of all ages as it is shallow and safe.
