In-house facilities are shared. These are a 25m heated, undercover pool, spa, gym, sauna, sun decks, outside communal tennis courts and bar-b-que area. Concierge, 24/7 security. (off limits is deck outside my living area which belongs to building and is used for repairs and maintenance ).

I live in Noosa Heads so we are unlikely to meet face to face. However, my lass, the lovely Edwina, will welcome you on arrival, hand over the keys and show you around. On departure she'll collect keys and prepare the apartment for my next guest(s).
My son, who lives walking distance away, can be called in emergencies

Security is a big thing. If you have visitors, the intercom inside your department can give them access to reception and the lift to the 15th floor.
You can travel fom any floor to reception without your swipe card but you will only be able to access different floors, the pool and outside areas using your card.

Mirte's home is perfectly located on level 15 in a building above Woolworths and Big W. Easy to pop out and get last minute groceries until midnight! The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. The swimming pool, spa pool, tennis court, gym, steam room and sauna are all added bonuses. South Yarra station is a very short 7 minute walk away. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We loved staying in Mirte's home.

Mirte was very helpful and was in constant contact prior to moving in.Having lived in melbourne previously I must say the apartment is located in the best location on chapel street with tram and train access into the city a 2 minute walk away. Her apartment is modern and has all the amenities to make it an enjoyable stay with lovely views. I cant recommend this apartment highly enough and Mirte was a wonderful host who was always available if I needed anything and I will be contacting her again if I stay in Melbourne again.

My friend and I, both middle aged ladies stayed at Mirte's unit for 3 nights. When I booked the unit I expected a double bed in each bedroom, however there was a double bed in one room and a single in the other, with a trundle underneath for a third person. The single bed was however sufficient and comfortable as was the double bed in the main bedroom. The bathroom was tidy with an accessible shower recess. The unit was easily accessed from the airport, we caught the Skybus to Southern Cross and then a train to Sth Yarra station, which was only 3 train stops. It was a bit of a walk after this, but not too hard. We were met by Edwina a lovely girl who looks after the unit for Mirte. Edwina gave us a tour of the unit and gave us keys. There is a Woolworths supermarket right downstairs, so it was very easy to grab anything we needed during our stay as it stays open late. There are also plenty of restaurants close by. Chapel St and Toorak Rd with all the nice shops and restaurants are very close and there is also a very nice picture theatre within walking distance. There are also tram stops close as well. My friend and I enjoyed staying in this unit very much. It is quite small, but there is a view from full length windows in every room. I don't think that I could stay here with 3 people though. While I normally stay in the CBD on regular trips to Melbourne, I would definately stay in this unit again. I had reason to contact Mirte to ask a question during our stay and she was very obliging and helpful. Thank you Mirte

The apartment is modern and set in a high rise apartment block. It is also very small. Suitable for 1 or max 2 people. The stunning views were not quite as described. It is predominately of other buildings and yards. Mirte was excellent over the phone.

Hi Andrew I am sorry you were disappointed in my apartment. I think your time there was a little too short to appreciate all the aspects of enjoyment it, the building and the area offer. I am surprised you found the apartment small, I have stayed there with 2 guests and, bearing in mind you're in Sth Yarra where property is at a premium, found the space quite adequate. My previous guests who stayed 9 days, and left 3 days prior to your arrival, also had no problem with space or views. Anyway be that as it may, there is little else I can do or say about your expectations and my ability to meet them, except to wish you a better match next time. Cheers Mirte Craig

I would like to add that this reservation (which had not been confirmed) at Felicity's request. This reservation somehow had the description of my Sth Yarra property situated at my Noosa home address. While I offered to make my 2 spare rooms available for Felicity's party on a home share basis, Felicity and her guests decided that they preferred not to share and asked me to cancel the reservation. I totally understood her position and have now rectified the address problems. The interest in my Noosa accommodation has caused me to also list my guest room/ensuite and my single room with own bathroom and I have already obtained a booking for these rooms in December.

I am a generally happy and easy-going person. My motto in life is "live and let live" and "if you are going to do something, you might as well enjoy it".
I used to live in Melbourne and my 2 sons and their families live there, as well as a number of my girlfriends with whom I have maintained contact despite having moved to Noosa Heads, Queensland some 32 years ago.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and moved to Noosa when my boys had left home and my husband of 40 years wanted to move to warmer climes. I love Noosa, which I call the "Pearl of Australia" for its lay-back, relaxed lifestyle, its natural beauty, beaches and river and close proximity to all services. Having travelled by caravan for 3 years around Australia (2004-7) I still believe that Noosa is the best place to live.
I also have many friends here, play bridge and travel, now that I am retired.
I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2002, had the DBS (deep brain stimulation) operation in November 2013 and this has stabilised some of the symptoms of the disease, but it has not stopped me falling over.

I purchased the apartment in the Vogue building to allow me to come to Melbourne more often to spend time with my sons and grandkids. Mark, my elder son, lives 5 minutes walk from Vogue and will keep an eye on the apartment when I am in Noosa. Mark is a Dr of business and runs his affairs from his home just off Chapel Street, half way between Toorak and Malvern roads. He is divorced, has two children, Nick and Alexandra (21 and 19) who live with him and who are both at Uni.
My younger son, Rod, who is a Professor of Dermatology in East Melbourne (Sinclair Dermatology) lives in Balwyn and has 3 children, Eliza (19) studying Arts-Law at Deakin, is a gifted actress. Eliza has just got herself a nice boyfriend and her own small car and is tasting freedom in a big way so that it is difficult to catch up with her. Her brother, Thomas (16), is in Yr 12 at Scotch College in 2016, and is an excellent hockey player. He had a serious back operation last year but has recovered well and was selected to play in the State of Victoria's 2nd team in 2015. His sister, Meg (13), is the darling of all. She is a serious student at MLC, shuns the limelight, is also an excellent hockey player, has a lovely singing voice and is a delight to have around.
She is very popular at school and always has a party to go to.

I love my new apartment but, as its purchase depleted my finances somewhat, I have decided to let it out when I am not in Melbourne to recoup some of the costs but I am afraid I will be very selective as to whom I will let it out to.

I will be in Melbourne in for most of February. then mid May until mid June and again in August.

I hope to host many guests in between.
