The best view one can get in Pješčana Uvala. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, and a living room and kitchen with a terrace overlooking the beautiful marina and harbor of Pješčana Uvala.

Quiet location, perfect for a couple or small family.

A two-minute walk from the beach, restaurants and the forest. 7 min drive from Pula, but there is 80 stairs, thus the location is NOT suitable for people with moving disabilities.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, and a living room and kitchen with a terrace overlooking the beautiful marina and harbour of Pjescana Uvala. Total apartment area is 47 m2.

Two desks (in the living room and in one bedroom) are available for getting work done.

There's a large double bed in the bigger bedroom, a single bed (ideal for a child) in the smaller bedroom, and a fold-out couch in the living room.

Very well located as you are just a two minute walk from the beach with restaurants, cafes and bars, a few minutes walk from the nearby forest and nature reserve. Very walkable area and if needed, Pula is a short (7 min) drive away.
