Hi Peter, I must say that I’m surprised and disappointed to read such a bad review... I have gotten out of my way to make you comfortable and explained to you directions, recommend places to see and visit.
The neighbourhood is full of artists and creatives and yes, it’s not Kensington but that’s reflected in the price for the room which is very affordable for London. London is a big city and as such can’t be compared to the place you live in. If you prefer to pay £150 per night then there is plenty of places. As for the laundry, there is nothing wrong with me drying laundry in the bathroom. I always remove it to make space for the guest and that was never a problem. I find it shocking that you suggested I did it purposely to save water? You got up at 5am on Sunday, so I had no chance to remove it but if you’d ask me even at this early hour than that wouldn’t even be a problem. I was planning to do it before you get up but didn’t expect you will leave before I even had a chance to do it. Also, I do live in the flat and this is not a hotel so I clean, cook and do the laundry.
Also, the address I gave to Air B&B is correct but I will contact them to see why the provided you with different one. I have spoken to your cab driver twice, gave both of you directions (also in writing way before you arrived) and opened the door for you straight away. I’m sorry you had such a bad experience but I find your review unfair and very spiteful. Nonetheless, I wish you all the best. Regards.
