I'm sorry that your experience wasn't ideal. We did send you all the info about the apt and had you on (Hidden by Airbnb) , but never heard from you during your trip. Many times there are special needs or requests. That’s why we have Rosangela in Cartagena and we provide a phone to call her.
In regards your concerns, the white full sized towels are for use in apt and the blue towels are for the pool or beach. We do have curtains in the master but will consider something heavier. And no one has ever asked for blankets in 90 degree weather, you could have either adjusted the air conditioner or you could've contacted Rosangela to help provide whatever you might need. That why she is there. The plastic covers on the pillows are for hygiene, but can be removed. You could’ve asked Rosangela. (We have plenty of pillows and pillowcases)
All the kitchen appliances are in great condition but will consider if any need to be replaced.
Next time just contact Rosangela if you need anything. We are happy to help you but we need to hear from you.

Also, the check-in is at 3:00pm not at noon.You need to get approval to check in early. We were having work completed for your arrival and one of your guests contacted us to complain before it was finished. But we didn’t have any idea you would show up early.
