Guest will have access to every part of the house except for the garage.
The minimum number of nights required is 30 nights. We are required to collect GST. Unfortunately Airbnb's website is not set up to calculate and collect that tax from the guests so we will have to do that together. We also require a signed copy of the rental agreement. We will need to send that agreement to you outside of Airbnb's messaging system since their system does not facilitate the transmission of documents.
This property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. If you are looking to make noise and party then please look elsewhere. The $1000 damage deposit will also act as a performance bond. If there are any complaints from the neighbours then restitution will be made to them using this $1000.
Ed is a former ski patroler and ski instructor at Big White Ski Resort. In 1999 Ed and his wife Gabi purchased their first chalet at Big White. Throughout the years friends have approached Ed and asked him to manage their properties for them. Ed treats each property that he manages as if it were his own.
