1 bedroom with queen bed comfortably sleeps two. Centrally located in quiet neighborhood, next to walking trails, creek, duck pond, and shopping.
24 hr/day Hot tub and private bathroom.

This townhome is clean, comfortable, and cute. I've taken great care to make sure you have everything you need to feel the comforts of home away from home, including a purring cat on your lap if you so choose!
I love setting out a small breakfast for short-term stays (1st morning) so if you have any dietary restrictions, please let me know!
The cozy room is located upstairs and is South facing so very bright and sunny. In the summer, open your window to hear the relaxing creek on the east side of the property.
A big closet and dresser should give you plenty of space to unpack personal items. There is a robe hanging in the closet for your personal use.
A fan and space heater are available so you can make it your perfect temperature.
I've not slept in the bed myself but guests have mentioned it's one of the most comfortable they've slept on. Lovely dreams await you!
Guests are welcome to unwind by taking a dip in the hot tub or enjoy their morning coffee or a glass of wine outside on the cozy patio area.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cook and refrigerate food.
There is a tv in the livingroom with a huge DVD collection for guest use.
Picnic basket, plastic wine glasses, robes, and toiletries also available.
Washer/dryer are available. Guest must provide their own laundry detergent if they plan to do more than one load and should not leave either one running when you leave the house.
I live on-site and will greet guests upon check-in or make arrangements for access to the home if I am unavailable.
I've lived in Bozeman for 17 years and can give many recommendations on restaurants, night life, and hiking trails. Hiking and visitor guides will be available for on-site viewing.
I work off-site during the day Tuesday-Friday.
The private restroom that is available for your stay is located downstairs.
If a friend of mine stops by for a visit, they may also use this restroom. If you'd prefer they don't please let me know.
This is a non-smoking home in a quiet neighborhood. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke so it is not allowed anywhere on or around the property.
Guests should be respectful and clean up common areas so they are left as they found them.
Although I love cats and dogs, no additional pets are allowed on this property.
Check-in is flexible and check-out is 11am. Late check-in/out okay if arrangements are made beforehand.
Guests are asked to remove shoes at the door and lock the front door behind them when they leave for the day.
The only other rule is to have fun and make yourself at home!
Originally from Seattle, I fell in love with small town living while working on a dude ranch in Jackson Hole, Wy. I've lived in Montana for 16 years and although I miss the ocean, I've found hiking in mountains and floating rivers is my new meditative grounds.
Love to travel, network, plan events, dance (Latin, Ballroom, and Country), and meet new people!
