A 10 minute walk from one of the coolest streets in the world as named by Vogue-Queen West! It doesn't get hipper, the neighbourhood is in the heart of everything cool in Toronto; situated in coveted west end amidst cafes, hang outs, shopping, music.

A very large space over two floors with hip decor; great for making a homemade pizza and sipping some wine. Renovated top to bottom, it's cozy and inviting as well as chic. Exposed brick, eclectic furnishings, old with new; relax in the claw foot tub or cook a meal in a large and inviting kitchen. It's three large rooms on the main floor and a fully finished basement.

There is laundry, wifi and a private back yard.

I will welcome you on arrival and will be available through email if you have any questions/requests throughout your stay.

The neighbourhood is established yet hip. You can get groceries, wine, shop, eat out, go for a cappuccino or buy nice coffee beans as well as go for brunch or a cocktail all within a 5-7 minute walk. In any direction of the front door, you will find something to do within walking distance, which is why the cool set has moved in. Yet the neighbourhood maintains it's old school charm with many residents having lived there for decades. A true big city neighbourhood.

The subway is a 7 minute walk, there is a bus a two minute walk away to connect you to Queen West, one of hippest streets anywhere, the streetcar stops 4 mins down the street and takes you to the center of the city in a 15 minute ride.

You're just going to love the place, the neighbourhood and your stay! Let me know if you have special requests. I may make accommodation for extra guests, kids, dog but on a case by case basis.

** Note, there is no shower as of yet. The bathroom has a very large antique clawfoot. I hope to add a shower head soon.

Please keep in mind that this is a 100+ year old house. I keep it very clean but it is not a modern construction. There is exposed brick, original flooring and a multitude of antique furniture which is rustic, I collect interesting furniture. This is NOT going to feel the same as a new condo downtown.

Roll away bed can be set up.

ไม่ปลอดภัยหรือไม่เหมาะกับเด็ก (0-12 ปี)

I have an established relationship with the tenants upstairs as well as the neighbours. Please be respectful; the place is best suited for couples or a couple of friends who enjoy hanging out, cooking, entertaining but not hosting door crasher parties. Absolutely no smoking.

ข้อจำกัดของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก - There is a claw foot tub, no shower

Holly was friendly and welcoming from the very beginning, and her place is SO CUTE! I felt right at home. There are beautiful touches everywhere and I slept like a log in the bed. One thing to note is there is no shower. I personally love taking baths so that was very nice, but do think it's something that some of you might want to know. Gave me an excuse to use my bath bombs!

Thanks Erica. You are right, I understand the shower can be an issue-I should not rely on the pics only. Thanks for the feedback and for being accommodating :)

The location in a quiet residential area, the evening you can sleep without being bothered by noise. Keynote of the room wall is white, there are located the old furniture of beautiful modeling. To sleep alone in the bedroom of the basement had a fluffy pillow and a big bed. There was also a large mirror, it was sufficiently large to Dressing is. Nearby there is a huge shopping center called Dufferin Mall. Night, there is a 24-hour convenience store if you need is food. There was a bicycle of the key, but this time I did not ride. However, if you use a bicycle, you can shop in a more distant location, you'll be able to enjoy the landscape of the town. This time I've borrowed the room for the wedding attend the Canada from Japan, we are very satisfied. Certainly, there was no shower, I was not worried. Because some countries wash the hair and body in the bathtub. Thank you lend a nice room.

Holly was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, she had no problem with our late checkin and checkout. Her place was beautiful, full of interesting vintage pieces, but still clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a definite selling point with the park across the street and the shops/restaurants along Bloor and College west. We spent the majority of our time biking around the city and Holly was kind enough to lend her personal bike to my girlfriend for the day, that really made our trip!
