The charm of 89 East is that is is a beautiful historic home built in 1875, but has all of the modern conveniences of home. The newly renovated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops provides everything that you need to entertain. We now have a KUERIG along with a regular coffee pot, you choose. The large dining room table seats 8 and the mahogany bar is the perfect spot to gather. There is exposed brick throughout the first floor and beautiful hardwoods everywhere. We have recently rebricked the outdoor patio where there are flowers blooming from spring through fall along with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. 89 East has WIFI, cable, washer/dryer, central AC, 1 gas fireplace and an electric fireplace in the king size master. It is a perfect spot for USNA families as that is the theme throughout the home. One parking spot is included at our King George Street property 2 blocks down the street which is hard to find in the historic district. Our homes have become the go to spot for Downtown Annapolis Weddings! The brides family in our larger 169 King George and the grooms family is quaint 89 East. It is walking distance to all of the DTA churches including USNA, St. Anne's St. Mary's, St. Johns and Calvary. All of our DTA reception sites have easy access as well.
Our guests have access to everything in our home. Since this is not our full time home, there are no closets stuffed with toys or drawers packed with someone else's clothes. It's very user friendly. Please check out our reviews.
I always try to meet with first time guests to welcome you, show you around and answer questions you might have about our beautiful home and city. We live right up the river and are always available by phone. After 50 years here I am a great resource for all things Annapolis.
We have a 2 night minimum except for holidays and Navy events and Navy home football weekends when we ask for a 3 night minimum. We are starting to ask for 3 nights in prime time wedding weekends... Mostly summer. Please do not bring a large SUV as it will not fit in our historic district parking spot (small to mid-size works best).
We ask that there is NO SMOKING OR PETS please. We ask you to treat our home the way you would want someone to treat yours. We want it to be perfect for your next visit with us!

I am a life long Annapolitan and Navy parent who enjoys meeting nice people who will take pride in our house. We have had so much fun renovating these "downtown houses" for ourselves and our friends and renters. I love chatting with and getting to know and then finally meeting our renters. I am happy to share all of my knowledge, experience and suggestions for a fun visit to my favorite city in the world, Annapolis Maryland!
