Perfectly situated in the heart of Park City, Copperbottom Inn is centrally located between the three resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons), at the entrance to Historic Old Town. Walk less than 5 minutes to the market, pharmacy, bank, sporting goods store, Starbucks or any of the nearby stops along the Park City Transit free bus routes.

ROOM WITH A VIEW
Boasting the extra window of an end unit, #303 is the only top-floor residence at Copperbottom Inn that offers views -- of open sky and sunsets against the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort -- from any seat in the living room. The living room also features a leather queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 14’ vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, balcony and flat screen TV and DVD player.

2 SUITES FOR 4 PEOPLE
#303 has a full kitchen complete with all appliances and every amenity, while the “mudroom” area provides generous equipment storage and a place to gear up for daily adventure. Ideal for up to 4 guests, simply closing the bedroom door effectively converts the well-designed and open floor plan into two private suites, each with its own full bathroom and, of course, free WiFi.

KITCHEN
The beautiful slate-floor kitchen has everything a cook could want: A dishwasher, 4-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and drop-leaf dining area with folding bar stools. There is a coffee maker (of course!) with automatic shut-off, toaster, dishes, glasses, utensils and prep tools, but we also offer a variety of upgrades and extras such as Circulon pots and pans, ceramic cooking knives, a collection of spices, blender, mini crockpot, hot air popcorn popper, hand mixer and more.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have slate floors, a full shower and bathtub, 100% white cotton fluffy towels, plenty of shelves and drawers for personal items, along with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. A professional hair dryer is provided as well.

BEDROOM
The large, carpeted bedroom is furnished with a King-Size bed and memory foam mattress, down-alternative comforter, suede duvet and pillow shams, two 2-drawer night stands, a 6-drawer dresser, large two-door closet, full length mirror, balcony and flat screen TV and DVD player.

THE BUILDING
Before the developers opted to sell individual condominiums, Copperbottom Inn was designed and built as an all-suite hotel, which explains its many conveniences.

The perfect location! So close to the slopes and the town. Arlyne's place was so cute and fit the three of us easily. The views from her apartment were great as well. 10/10 recommend!

Loved staying at Arlyne's during Sundance! It's central to everything and super easy to take the buses. Very cozy and homey. Thanks Arlyne!

The place is great. Very convenient: less than 5 minute walk to any bus stop and less than 10 min to the grocery store (in the snow!). As an added convenience especially in the morning, a deli opened up in the building (2016, The Pickle Jar). The heat works well (perfect for January). The bedroom is large, kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, appliances, etc. The instructions left were helpful and I had piece of mind that if I did have a problem, Arlyne was available. (note: i did not try the pull out couch)

Our stay for a week of skiing was great. Arlyne made sure to reach out well in advance of our trip with all the information we needed (plus some we didn't realize we needed), was responsive to our questions and concerns both before and during our stay, and made sure our week went smoothly. The condo itself is located very conveniently to Park City/Canyons and Deer Valley via free bus (plus Main Street restaurants and bars), and within 1 hour of Snowbasin and Alta/Snowbird as well (check out the Park and Ride in Holladay if your rental car doesn't have chains/4x4 to get through the canyon to Alta!). Building staff is also very responsive, plus there's a small restaurant/deli/bar on the first floor if you don't feel like venturing out for breakfast or want a quiet drink apres-ski. We had everything we needed to cook 2 meals/day for a week--grocery store close by and kitchen stocked with staples. I hope Arlyne's condo is available next time to come to PC!

Arlyne was a great hostess. All our questions were quickly answered and getting in and out of the condo was effortless. The location is great and shuttles to Park City and Deer Valley are just around the corner. The king bed has memory foam and is tres comfy. I do wish the condo had been a bit larger. It's cramped with 3 adult skiers and their gear. Still, everything is clean and new, and certainly big enough for 2.

I did get that ski rack installed in the "mud room" right after your stay (something we emailed about beforehand). The "mud room" space is roughly 20 sq. ft. with a 6' x' 3' storage shelf above the bench and coat hooks. I suppose an option would be to remove the bench but, personally, we like coming in and sitting right down to remove our snowy boots. Oh, and I have two new boot trays under the bench now!

Location was great. A quick walk to the slopes and 10 minutes from downtown. Loved the fireplace and 2 bathrooms. A great buy for the price! Arlyne was super helpful!

We had a great time at our stay! Nice large memory foam bed, convenient two bathrooms, everything we needed in the kitchen. Starbucks and Rite Aid are literally right around the corner. Easy keypad access to building and unit made it easy to get in. Park Mountain is literally a 2 min drive from the condo. The fireplace adds to the mountain ambiance. Thanks for the great stay!

We live in Los Angeles but have vacationed in Park City over the past 10 years. Last year, we (meaning I convinced my husband) finally bought our very own vacation condo! Let's face it: Park City has some of, if not the best, ski snow in the world. For us, its a fairly inexpensive 90-minute plane ride to SLC and an even shorter trip from the airport. Otherwise it would be a 6-hour car trip to ski on Sierra Cement in crowds of people who, at times, have questionable manners. Needless to say, we couldn't be happier and hope to share our adorable condo.
