Private, Clean, and Quiet corner Townhouse at the popular Community Gold Coast. Located in Malmok / Noord. Close to the beaches, restaurants and 18 Hole Golf Course. Across the house is a community pool. Sleeps 6 people, modern, fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio.

Staying at this beautiful corner townhouse at the private community Gold Coast, will make your stay on Aruba very relaxing and comfortable. It is only 5 minutes from two of the best beaches in Aruba: Malmok (very good for snorkeling) and Arashi. Many restaurants and nightlife is only 5 minutes from the property.

The community is completely gated, save and child friendly. The quiet and beautiful community pool is right across from the unit. At the pool area are toilets, a shower and BBQ Grill for your comfort.

At the property is a Clubhouse with gym, pool and tennis court which you can use for free. It also features a restaurant, called White Modern Cuisine and is open for Lunch & Dinner.

Gold Coast is located opposite an 18 hole Golf course!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful area. It is modern equipped. Via the Living Room through the sliding doors you'll find yourself on the private patio with gazebo for shade, enjoy a glass of wine in the lounge seats and have a BBQ!
If you want a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful private villa, you should choose Casa Diamante!

Through the front door, you are welcomed into the open living room/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, like dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer and fridge. Washer and Dryer are also available.
And if you like to drink a nice cup of coffee in the morning on the patio, bring your favorite Nespresso cups, because there is a Nespresso machine you can use.

Upstairs the master bedroom has a large En suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a second bedroom with 2 single beds (can also be put together for a queen size bed) with a separate bathroom. In the living room is a comfortable queen size sofa bed for an additional two guests.
The bedrooms and the Living Room are equipped with a split unit A/C.

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and completely furnished and has parking space in front of the house. All windows and doors have mosquito screens.

If the normal usage is exceeded you have to pay the extra usage in cash at check out.

$400 damage deposit will be added to your booking and will be returned after your stay if no damages are noticed.

Christmas & New Year the house is only available for a minimum stay of two weeks.

We stayed at this development before in a different condo so we knew what to expect. The house was clean, however, there were several issues: This condo is a two level condo (living room/ kitchen downstairs, bedrooms, bathrooms/ showers upstairs). When we checked in, the host was waiting for us, however, she did not turn the air conditioner at all. The house was unbearably hot, it was over 90 degrees outside and even hotter inside. We all were tired from a long flight and the kids were literally not able to breathe in the house. After going through the house rules, she went on to write down the meter reading for the electric and water. It took a while to cool off the house with 1 local unit downstairs so that we could unpack and get settled. The host should've turned on at least downstairs air conditioner before we arrived and definitely before taking electric meter reading. I specifically asked the owner before booking about the additional charges we would incur for air conditioner and she said $25-50 the most for electricity and never for water. We were 2 adults/2 children taking a shower once a day and using air conditioner only at night. When we checked out a week later, the host asked us for additional $87 for electric and $10 for water. It is very dishonest for the host to try to get additional cash from their guests. We have been to Aruba many times and this experience definitely leaves bad taste in your mouth. In addition, the sprinklers turn on around 8 pm at night near this condo and it smells like sewage. We walked around development and by some reason the smell is only near this particular building. In general, the 2 story condo is very unpractical for Aruba with no central air.

Thank you for your review. In the house rules is mentioned that 120 kWh electricity and 4 M3 water per week is included in the rental fee. Exceeding included usage of electricity is USD 0.35 per kWh, and USD 4.00 per M3 of water consumed........... Average guest do pay in between USD25/50 extra a week. That also means that some guest do not pay anything extra and some guest pay more than average. It depends at what temperature you set the A/C. When you like it very cold in the house, you pay more. We never had guests using more than 4M3 of water per week, until now. Average temperature in Aruba is 30C/85F degrees, that is hot and sunny, we like to call it Paradise.

Luxurious, private, high-end villa in the upscale Gold Coast gated community! The unit is located directly across from a beautiful, private pool and the community has additional relaxing pools, tennis courts, clubhouse with wonderful restaurant (White Modern Cuisine), and a beautiful work-out facility. This unit is extremely well equipped with high-end finishes, a fully equipped kitchen for any of your cooking needs, and all the necessities to have a memorable trip in Aruba!! Petra was a wonderful host and extremely kind and accommodating. This villa is minutes away from all of the Palm Beach nightlife and restaurants and even closer to world renowned snorkeling spots like Boca Catalina and Malmok. Arashi beach is also very close. I recommend having a rental car to explore the "one happy island" and make memories that willlast a lifetime!!! I highly recommend this unit to anyone interested!!!

The host was friendly. The townhouse was ample size and perfect for a family with children visiting Aruba. It was difficult to call a cab from the home so it is important to download "(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) " before coming to Aruba so you can get taxi service from the townhouse to central commercial/retail areas. The townhouse is conveniently located near the pools which is ideal. Only issue was the townhouse was very hot even with windows open at all times. Breeze outside was nice but not able to cool down the inside. A/C are available but you run the risk of getting charged at the end of your stay extra money for using the A/C units. Same with the washer and dryer. Overall it was a great place and I would go back there.

Petra es una excelente anfitriona. Muy muy atenta. Nos espero hasta las 23 hs para explicarnos el funcionamiento de la casa. Siempre estuvo comunicada y nos asesoró turisticamente muy bien. Petra was absolutely amazing. She went above and more than beyond to make our stay as pleasant and welcoming as possible. Petra kept in constant communication with me until the day we left. This townhouse is spacious and very clean making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice vacation. We will definitely be back!
