Called "Casa Club" translates to english as "Family House". Located on the 14th floor, this luxurious apartment offers 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms, + 1 small bedroom). Master room has on-suite, with jacuzzi. Apartment offers 3 additional bathrooms
Hello, first of all, on behalf of the locals, I would like to Thank You for visiting Peru. My apartment is located San Isidro, also known as the financial district. It is rated as the #1 area to live in Peru, due to its safeness and appearance compared to other parts of Lima.
If safety is an issue then you have come to the right place. My apartment is located right across from the Chile Embassy, and as a request, they accepted to patrol my apartment's area, as part of of monitoring their area as I have had Chilean ambassadors in the past rent my apartment on a year-year basis multiple times.
My apartment: Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms, a master bedroom with an onsuite. 2 additional bedrooms that are above average size and an extra bedroom (was used when the previous renters acquired a maid that stayed with them during the weekdays). There are 3 bathrooms besides the on-suite. The living room and dining room is an open floor plan with a great view to the exterior.
Located on the 14th floor, it offers a great view like I said above. Receptionists are very welcoming and willing to help you with anything.
The title says it all "Casa Club" translated to "Family House". My property provides a private gym located with the facilities, two swimming pools (kids and adults). The pool is heated on Thursday in order to be available for the weekend, including friday and monday. You can use it on the other days as well, but it might not be as warm as the weekend. There is also a Sauna if you wish to use it. For the kids, you can find a trampoline and other games/items that change year-round. There is also a big play room for littler kids with slides, ping pong table and table soccer. Lastly, you can play basketball, racquetball, and practice tennis.
San Isidro is located about, 40 minutes from the airport. If you desire, I can gladly meet you at the airport, regardless of your flight schedule to transport you to my apartment.
Just a quick tip: If you decide to use a taxi from the airport, please be very careful what company you use. If you decide to use green taxi which is located inside the airport (you can't miss them as they will ask you if you need a taxi) they will over charge you about 3x the normal fare. The company "Green Taxi" has a monopoly inside the airport. However if you step outside of the airport you will see other taxis and people not affiliated to Green Taxi offer you service. They will have a cheaper rate. You can negotiate and should not pay more than 40 soles (50 max)
The currency rate is $1 us dollar = 2.94 Nuevo Sols. However, like I said above, I will more than gladly pick you up from the airport and bring you to my apartment. I hope your stay goes well, and if there are any other questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
Play area for children
Ping Pong Table
The entire apartment is available for use.
I am available at anytime of the day. I have another apartment, where I live, that is literally a 2 minute walk away. Its right across the street. I will also aid in answering any questions regardless of the topic and will help your stay in Lima be comfortable.
Pets are allowed as long as they are taken care off. I prefer if you do not smoke but it is up to you. Just as a courtesy, please do not leave ash on the carpet or burns. Lastly as long as my apartment is taken care off, you can do anything you desire. Thank you.
