Located in Darwin’s suburb of Parap, this beautifully-designed, breezy three-bedroom, two-bathroom home can fit up to six guests with plenty of space.

Upstairs you’ll find a bright, open-plan layout framed by huge windows and showcasing tiled flooring and contemporary furniture; with a kitchen that comes fully-equipped with an oven, five-burner gas cooktop, microwave, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and crockery. Cook up a storm and choose to dine al fresco on the deck or indoors at the six-person dining table. Plus, a living area has a two-seater couch and wide-screen TV.

Step out of the large sliding glass doors and onto a private timber deck with al fresco seating overlooking the lush trees—an ideal place to enjoy a cold drink at sunset.

Upstairs you will also find a king bedroom as well as a naturally-lit secondary bedroom featuring a double bed.

Head downstairs to discover the luxurious master bedroom featuring a plush queen bed, built-in wardrobes and the luxury of an en-suite bathroom; while a second and main bathroom has a spacious shower, vanity and toilet. However, the most desirable feature of the lower level is your own private outdoor pool that is framed by lush greenery and is ideal for cooling off on those warm summer days.

Our tip? The wait for the famous laksa soup from the ‘Mary’ stall is worth it.

Located just five minutes’ drive from Darwin CBD, you’ll be conveniently located to enjoy the best that Darwin has to offer. Or uncover the beauty and head to the nearby Mindil Beach for a spectacular sunset, Charles Darwin National Park for some nature and WWII sites, and East Point for a dip in the saltwater Lake Alexander.
