My corner of paradise is located next to Dolores Park and easy walking distance to the Mission, the Castro and Noe Valley. A beautiful and quiet space with views of the city and public transport only feet away. A lovely base to explore the city!
Welcome to my home! It's been my corner of paradise for almost ten years now. I'm a writer and consultant and travel about the world four months out of the year and rent out my space when I'm not there. I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do!
So, my space:
Beautiful, clean, well maintained and well furnished one bedroom apartment (800 sq ft) decorated with a global flair. Many well stocked bookcases, Persian, Asian and South American area rugs and art work, Asian coffee table that doubles as a dining table, zen-like living room furniture, California king bed, a 14 inch PC/Music server hooked up to a surround sound system (though you can hook up whatever you want), Full size desk with chair and printer, full kitchen with all the utensils (I cook a lot), views of gardens and the city. Roof access for glorious views. Read and eat up there all the time. Have chairs you can easily bring up!
During the day, it gets beautiful light, and in the eve, with dimmers on every light switch, the place glows with a golden warmth.
Street parking is easy, and there is a Zip car in the building!
The perfect Shangri-la:
Steps from Dolores Park (one of the most beautiful and centrally located parks in the city), public transport (Muni) just down the hill, and nestled on a hillside just outside of the chaotic vibrancy of the Mission, Noe and the Castro, but five minutes walking distance to each when you want to dive in...there is no better base to explore and enjoy San Francisco.
I'll be traveling from the 4th of July to the 10th of August, people who can reserve this whole period of time will of course get preference and we can work out special deals! Thanks!
Treat it like it's your own. If you consume something, please replace it. Otherwise, enjoy!
Almost a San Francisco native. Been living in "The City" for almost twenty years and while I've lived all over the world, and travel incessantly, San Francisco is most certainly home. I'm a writer by trade and a help manage a non-profit that brings East and West together by vocation. Love everything this city, the bay area and the world has to offer! Love what I do, though feel like this one short life has so much to offer and don't want to waste any time or opportunity... so spend a lot of time getting out there!
