Brand new Ultra Modern Serviced Apartment, fully self-contained located in a central location 10 minutes from the centre of Sydney and the eastern suburbs beaches. We have also the Royal Randwick Racecourse within 100m our place.

Brand new Ultra Modern Apartment located in a central location 10 minutes from the centre of Sydney and the eastern suburbs beaches. We have also the Royal Randwick Racecourse within 100m our place. You will access to a fully self-contained private kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Guests do not have access to private functions in apartment or common areas. Centennial Park Lodge management is secure building and has onsite management, if our guests have any queries, office hours are from 8am to 6pm. Centennial Park Lodge's serviced apartments are directly opposite Sydney's largest and famous Park, and minutes by buses to beaches like Bondi, Coogee and Bronte. Plenty of transport by Buse directly into the centre of Sydney. For any further travel plans in Australia or overseas, we have a preferred Travel agent, who we can recommend to assist you during your stay with us. You will access to a fully self-contained private kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Guests do not have access to private functions in apartment or common areas.

Consider other residents. Do not disturb the peace and quiet of any residents.
We have strict noise restrictions here at Centennial Park Lodge for the sake of all our guests. Please, no excessive noise after 10 pm by which it will disturb your neighbours. Calls required to any guest due to neighbour complaints outside of business hours will be charged at $ 50.00 EACH. $ 150.00 FEE will apply for any security attendance required if the disturbance continues.
No function or parties are allowed UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
(Undisclosed parties/functions and excessive noise is a punishable offence by law and we reserve the right to immediately terminate the tenancy and this will attract a loss of all bond paid. Should this behaviour occur, a security company may be called to investigate and this will incur an automatic charge of $ 150.00)
Damages and breakages noticed on arrival in the premises must be reported immediately by the guest otherwise it is agreed that all is in order with the premises.
The management/owner of the premises takes no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal property or any bodily injury that occurs on or at the premises.
This is a non smoking property and smoking at all on this site is strictly prohibited.
A $ 250.00 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in any room of Centennial Park Lodge.
Any breakages, damages, repairs & excess cleaning for any property of Centennial Park Lodge are to be paid for by the resident. (THIS INCLUDES RUBBISH LEFT INSIDE THE PROPERTY, DISHES LEFT ON BENCHES & ANY MARKS ON WALLS, MIRRORS, CEILINGS AND FLOORS). Please ensure rubbish is placed in the appropriate bins provided and no excess rubbish is left in the property or common areas. Rubbish removal and/or excess cleaning will be charged at a minimum of $ 55.00. All occupied areas are to be kept tidy and clean.
On departure, the premises must be left in a similar satisfactory state to the condition on arrival. Failure to do so may incur extra charges. You authorise us to charge you for the additional costs that we incur to clean the premises on your departure. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all excess rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided (located near the entrance of reception), and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and properly secured including locking all windows and doors, late check out on day of departure will incur a fee.
All onsite parking is allocated for management and staff and all guests and visitors will need to find off street parking.
This accommodation is equipped with sensitive smoke alarms, accidental setting off of these alarms may result in the fire brigade attending. If the fire brigade attends a false alarm, this will result in a fine from the fire department, such fines are expensive and will be directly passed onto the guest.
We reserve the right to access full premises in the case of a fire, for the safety of all guests and property.
We also reserve the right for reasonable access for both fire alarm testing and council inspections which are required by law. Please note - You will be well informed if this will occur.
All hallways, stairs and units must be kept clear at all times (including furniture, luggage, rubbish, etc.)
If you lock yourself out of the property and we are required to attend the premises to open the property at any time, this will incur a $ 50.00 call out fee. You are responsible for the safe keeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Replacement or lost keys will incur a minimum charge to the guest of $ 165.00, per key.
Keys need to be returned by 10am of your departure day. Staff will be at reception from 8am. Should you choose to depart prior to this, please leave your key in an appropriate envelope (provided at reception), labelled with your name and room number and place it in the safety box located in reception.
Each room is a maximum occupancy of two persons.
Visitors of our occupants must also comply with the house rules. Visitors are not to use shower and laundry facilities or remain on the premises if the guest is absent unless permission has been given by management or appointed representative.
You are responsible for any visitors you allow on site and any offences they may make, all extra charges will be charged to your room.
Centennial Park Lodge is NOT PET FRIENDLY. All animals are strictly prohibited, failure to comply with this condition by either you or any visitors you have will result in a fee of
$ 400.00 to you for pest control after your departure.

This unit at Centennial Park Lodge was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to public transit and the CBD. Perfect place to get settled for an extended business trip. Adam was friendly and communicative throughout my stay. Will be definitely looking to stay here again!

Great location, very pleasant being able to grab a coffee in centennial park and able to get to the city, eastern and western suburbs very easily.

Adam is a great host ...and welcomed both of us and gave us plenty of useful information about the local area ...especially where we can get the best cup of coffee. The apt was exactly what we needed, located next to Centennial Park which we loved for the walks, jogging track and open areas. Having all the mod cons in the apt was perfect and all well looked after and very clean. We have been traveling for many weeks and the washing machine was a god send! We have stayed at a number of AirB&B's and Centennial Park Lodge would rate very high on our list. Clean, modern, convienivent located for public and friendly. We would absolutley recommend to others

We could see from the photos that it would not be a very atmospheric apartment, however, we were disappointed in that it was very stuffy in the cramped bedroom with little ventilation. The ' balcony' was a section of footpath.

Excellent location right outside of the biggest park in Sydney. Spot on welcome and check in process, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

Great experience and will definitely come back. Adam had great communication and was flexible to fit in with my arrival time. He arranged for me to be welcomed and then came and said hi himself. The apartment was exactly as described, it was clean, comfy and had everything you would ever need. The location was perfect for my needs and I will definitely recommend Adam and Centennial Park Lodge to my colleagues for future conferences in the area. Both Adam and the actual apartment ticked all the boxes. Thank you, I will be back again.
