My home is an 700 sq. ft bungalow built to house workers for the local ship yard during the war (Now a public space). I've restored it with a modern touch. The small house leaves lots of room for the garden surrounding it.
No pets as I'm allergic, and if you want to smoke, you'll have to do it outside, but that would be another excuse to sit outside. There are covered areas if its raining. There's not a lot of room to get into trouble here, so I wont get too specific. With the garden if it looks ripe and ready to go, you probably should eat it.
I was once a great traveller like you,
looking for a place to call home,
I found it and knew what I had to do
got a house, with a place for a garden Gnome.
After opening a restaurant with a friend in North Vancouver 8 years ago, I've managed to open a couple more, buy a house with space for a garden. In the summer I tend to the trees, in the winter I spend my weekends skiing in Whistler. Travelling certainly taught me allot about what I wanted, but also how to live with what you have. My life is reflected in my surroundings, calm, surrounded by nature, and enjoying every minute.
