Guest bedroom with queen sized bed, desk, and standalone closet-thing. Amazing location just blocks from Dickson and the U of A. Old house but plenty of character. Room has its own A/C unit and heater. I'm in and out but always available to answer questions or make suggestions.
I have a spare bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. The room has wood floors and large windows, a clothing rack with shelves, a desk, and a night stand. The house is pretty old but I have space heaters and window units for AC. The location is amazing. I reside just blocks from Dickson and the U of A. Feel free to cook in the kitchen, lounge in the living room, or hang out on the back patio.
I do not accept long-term bookings. Sad, I know.
There's a kitchen with all the necessities, a living room with Netflix and a giant TV, as well as a dining room and front porch and back patio for optimal chilling.
I live here alone and just finished studying engineering in graduate school. If you're trying to meet people we can chill or if your not I'll leave you to yourself in a non-awkward, polite way. I work full time for the university so I'm usually not home during the day but I'm never far away to answer questions or address concerns. I've lived in Fayetteville most of my life and enjoy spending time outdoors. Feel free to ask me for recommendations!
I have a dog named Dude. He's super friendly and mostly just chills on my bed (but I wish he wouldn't...). He's infatuated with me because I saved his life so he's pretty unlikely to bother you. Never turns down affection though.
You should probably not be super crazy. That's about it.
