Spacious and quiet apartment in a 19th century building is a beautiful mix of traditional charm and contemporary style. This apartment has 3 double bedrooms, two with double bed (160x200cm) and the third with the possibility of having one double bed or two single beds ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or 2x 80x200cm). Located a few steps from Marques Pombal and within a 15 minutes walking distance from Baixa this is not just an apartment but a home full of stories to be shared and lived.
This apartment has 3 double bedrooms one of them with the possibility of having one double bed or two single beds. The apartment is rented with towels and linen (for stays over one week, a weekly cleaning is included with change of towels and linen). It is also includes a welcome breakfast as well as olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. It's a third floor without elevator. Babies until 2 years old don't pay and we provide a cot, baby bath tub and high chair, all free of charge.
Guests will have access to the all house.

We need to know your arrival time at least 2 days in advance.
There’s no check-in or check-out time, but the apartment would be ready for your check-in at 14:00, and you should leave it until 12:00 on the check-out date. But we are flexible with this, and if you want to check-in before 14:00 or check-out after 12:00 depending on your travel schedule, we’ll try to help you.
It is very important, since there isn't a reception, that we know your flight number and arrival time to assure that one of us will be there on time to welcome you. Arrivals before 9h00 and after 21h00 have an extra charge of 25,00 euro to be paid in cash upon arrival (arrivals after 2h00 am are not accepted).
If you need, we can organize a driver for you.
You should bring a copy of the ID Card or Passport of the person responsible of the booking. This person will sign a document at his arrival outlining dates, price and conditions. This person will be responsible for the apartment during the dates booked.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but you have a lovely balcony where you can do it.
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS
Only those guests included in the reservation will have the right of use of the apartment.
Presence of an adult (18 years or older) is mandatory during the rented period.
If any of the rules indicated is not met, we reserve the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client.
You’ll receive a copy of each key needed to access the apartment. The loss of those keys means the non refund of the damage deposit paid at your arrival.
CARE OF THE APARTMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are expected to treat the apartment and all of it’s equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations for the apartment and its surroundings must be respected at all times. If any damage is done to the apartment or its equipment, you must inform us immediately, so that repairs can be effected as soon as possible.
Guests are not allowed to lend or sublet the apartment to anyone.
You are also expected to show consideration and respect towards your neighbors. As no apartment is completely soundproof – everyone expects a low level of noise from neighbors – please be considerate of noise, particularly in the evenings and at night. Any kind of parties, high music, or noises that could bother neighbors ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
The person signing the rental agreement (the client) with the owner is expected to ensure that his/her guests will behave in a suitable manner. If that person or his/her guests not behave in a suitably responsible manner, the owner reserves the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the apartment; thereby the client forfeits the right to any compensation or reclamation.
Neither we nor the owner of the accommodation shall be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the stay-period at the accommodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behavior. We are not either responsible of any problem with suppliers of services such as light, gas or water but please let us know as soon as possible if any of this happens so we may fix the problem.

Booking this apartment means that you accept this conditions, and you are expected to respect those. We’ll ask you to sign a copy of this Terms and Conditions with the rental agreement at your arrival.
We thank your cooperation on those issues and we hope you’ll understand that this rules are necessary as the apartment is located in a residential building and we must respect the neighbors.
