CHECK IN 3 PM - CHECK OUT 10:30 AM.
We shall do our best to acomodate to your check in and check out, However, when checking times overlao with other guest, we will stricktly enforce the times set above.
Check In
In order to comply with the Building security requirements I must issue a form listing the complete name, age and ID/ Passport information of all the guest for the at least 2 business days before their arrival.

Once you have arrived to the building you must present yourself to the Security Staff and provide them with your ID or Passport in order to clear your access to the Building. Security Staff will take a copy of your ID or Passport and provide you with a copy of the form previously file by VacaHomes.

Valet Parking Staff will take care of your vehicle and luggage once you handle them the completed Form given to you by the Security Staff.
Once you get to the apartment you must enter the 4 digit Code given to you by Vacahomes prior to your arrival.

Inside the apartment on the side table you will find 2 blue fobs.
Please do not lose the Fobs. Replacements cost $75 and will be deducted from your Deposit.

The fob will let you move around the building and access the gym, pool area main and beach entrances and service elevator.
Gym and Poll are accessed from the Mezzanine Floor (M)
Beach is better accessed from the Service Elevator Lobby Floor (L)

Trash
Recycling is mandatory in the city of Miami, please divide recyclables (news paper, magazines, boxes, bottles and cans) into the designated trash chute. Failure to disposed trash properly will be penalize with a $100 dollar fine that will be discounted from the Security Deposit.

Building Rules – Loud Noises
We remind all of our guests that this is a family building, were the Association has imposed Rules and Regulations that must be comply with in order to keep The Pavilion a safe and pleasant place to live and vacation.
Loud Noises will not be tolerated after 9 PM.
Booking Guest under 25 years must pay a Mandatory Condo Security Fee of $135
It is not allowed to walk around the building halls and lobby without proper clothing (shoes and cover ups).
No clothes or garments should be hung visible from the Balconies, it is forbidden by the Building Rules and Miami Beach Fire Authorities. Fines might be imposed.
Any complaints filed by a guest, an owner or the Building Association will allow Vacahomes to cancel the rental contract without any right to any compensation and loss of Security Deposit.
Vacahomes will also retain and claim in excess any penalty or fine imposed by the Building Association to the Property Owner regarding a complaint concerning the guest.

Overall we were quite happy. Biggest negative was the water pressure. The shower in the one bathroom near the entrance basically doesn't work, it pretty much drips out. The other bathroom has weak pressure, but enough to shower. Other issues were minor like towel bars in both bathrooms need secured to wall ... unfortunately for us our 2-year-old was sleeping when this happened and he wok him up from nap. The coffee table needs screws tightened as it's about to fall apart. Not sure what they can do about the water pressure, but the towel bars and coffee table are an easy fix. We were happy and would stay again. The beach is very nice and couldn't be more convenient. The pool is heated and is a nice area, but the were strong winds from the east when we were there and it made the pool area quite chilly ... but that's mother nature, not anything the host could do about it.

Location was close-ish but just far enough away not to be walkable. Building is pretty beat up but the actual unit wasn't too bad. Showers are terrible; water pressure is non-existent. Overall not a bad place and it was cost-effective.

Todo más que bien. El acceso directo a la playa es bárbaro. El departamento se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones. Everything was great. Direct access to the beach is awesome, the apartment is very tidy and the kitchen is very good.

We liked it and we would come back. The building was a little older but very practical with elevator going to the beach and outdoor showers. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low and it took several minutes for the toilet water tank to refill after flushing. Included parking was a nice plus but it's valet, so you should have tip when you pick it up. Internet was really fast. The couch was a little sagging and the bed in the second bedroom was very squeaky. It wasn't loud but I did hear the street noise in the morning partially because the balcony door didn't close properly. The photos are very accurate and the condo is spacious. This was my first time using airbnb, so I can't compare with other places but as I said before, we liked it and we would come back.

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, con acceso directo a la playa y piscina. Muy cómodo y bien equipado. Tal como se ve en las fotos publicadas. El edificio cuenta con valet parking. Lo único negativo que tengo para marcar es que el check in se demoro una hora y media del horario pautado por retraso del propietario. Lo demás, todo correcto.
