Animali domestici di qualsiasi tipo o taglia sono accetti esclusivamente previa richiesta.

2 – NUMERO DELLE PERSONE
Il numero di persone dichiarate nella fase di prenotazione non potrà variare nel corso del soggiorno.

3 – FURTI/DANNI
L'HOST non è responsabile di eventuali furti e lesioni personali degli ospiti all’ interno degli appartamenti. Vi suggeriamo per questo la sottoscrizione di un’ apposita assicurazione di viaggio.

4 - PARTIES e FESTE non consentite.

5 - "L'appartamento deve essere lasciato in ordine e nello stesso stato in cui è stato consegnato: i mobili e l'arredamento non devono essere spostati, per evitare danni. Eventualmente possono essere spostati i letti ma solo all'interno delle stanze dove si trovano e solo con l'autorizzazione dell'Amministratore. La spazzatura non deve essere lasciata all'interno dell'appartamento, ma va buttata negli appositi cassonetti per la raccolta differenziata della plastica, vetro/scatolame e carta collocati sul balcone, soprattutto l'ultimo giorno prima della partenza. Si raccomanda di lasciare in ordine il piano cottura, senza posate o piatti da lavare, per evitare un ulteriore addebito di 20 euro nelle pulizie finali.
Dal momento dell'arrivo il cliente ha a disposizione un'ora di tempo per sollevare eventuali reclami su disservizi o segnalare oggetti difettosi. Dopo tale periodo eventuali danni agli arredi o all'appartamento saranno addebitati al cliente. "

6 - Se si desidera utilizzare l'aria condizionata è previsto un extra costo di quindici/12 € al giorno.

Marcello e sua moglie sono stati molto precisi, disponibili e professionali, nonostante la prenotazione sia avvenuta solo pochi giorni prima del nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso e nonostante non sia ubicato in centro, è in una posizione molto strategica per visitare sia Como che Milano. Si trova infatti a soli 500m dalla stazione di Camerlata dove fermano tutti i treni sia per Milano Cadorna che per Como lago. Il parcheggio privato è un ulteriore punto a favore. Vivamente consigliato.

L' annuncio descrive esattamente l'alloggio. Gli spazi sono veramente grandi, un ottima soluzione per chi ne necessita. Il check-in ed il check-out sono stati fatti con efficenza dalla gentilissima Paola . Consigliato.

La descrizione dell'annuncio coincide con quanto trovato. Marcello non c'era ma ci ha accolto una sua amica che abita al piano di sotto. Regole chiare e precise, e alcuni saggi consigli per evitare possibili disavventure in cui sono insorti inquilini precedenti. Zona tranquilla e parcheggio interno. Direi tutto bene.

Hosts were most accommodating and pleasant. Very warm, hospitable and welcoming. Apartment was very large and comfortable. Shame the air conditioning was not switched on in advance...was very hot and took a couple of hours to cool down. All in all, great stay and highly recommended!!

Marcello and Paola are great hosts: warm, generous and welcoming. The apartment is well located and comfortable for a short stay. Il Birificio (just around the corner) is a good restaurant offering thirst-quenching artisan beers and excellent pizzas' which are reasonably priced. Stay here - you won't be sorry you did.
