One block from the famous Robson Street shopping district, it is also close to the new Vancouver Convention Centre & Cruise Ship Terminal. Rapid transit, including the Canada Line to the airport is a 5 minute walk away, as is the Art Gallery, Pacific Centre Shopping Centre and a multitude of restaurants and shops. World famous Stanley Park is a short 10 minute walk along the Coal Harbour Seawall.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with a twin bed. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware and utensils. Everything is brand new, including the completely renovated bathroom. Wi-fi, cable and local telephone is included.
Parking is available, $15/day,underground security parking.

For the enjoyment of our guests and neighbours, smoking is not allowed in the building. Pets are not allowed. No parties; building has a strict noise bylaw (quiet by 11pm). Minimum stay 30 days. If have gap we may be able to accommodate. If you need parking please specify!
