The master bedroom features a California king bed with a top of the line tempurpedic mattress and beautiful Ralph Lauren bedding, ensuite bathroom, desk, wifi, and flatscreen tv. The guest bedroom is super cozy and is equipped with a plush queen sized bed, cotton sateen bedding, desk, wifi and flat screen tv.
My location is prime, just steps from the famously trendy Abbot Kinney blvd where you'll find fantastic restaurants, shops, art galleries, coffee shops and the best people watching. GQ "recently named Abbot Kinney the "Coolest Block in America" in its first "Style Bible" issue!
The beach and Venice Boardwalk are only a few minutes away by bike or a 7 minute walk. LAX ( Los Angeles Int'l Airport) is only 6 miles away.
My home is private and hidden from the street, protected by tall hedges. You'll find it utterly relaxing to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. It's fully furnished with quality furniture and beautifully landscaped with tons of succulents. Wifi is accessible outside so you can lounge while working! At night, it's well lit and equipped with a commercial grade outdoor heater.
Off street parking in my private driveway accommodates two cars (tandem)
The accomodations here are perfect for up to 4 guests who desire a clean and relaxing environment just steps away from all of the action and wonderful Venice attractions.

-SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted on the property.
-PETS: Pets are permitted but prior approval from owner and additional $100 non-refundable pet deposit are required.
-PARTIES & NOISE: Respect of the neighbors concerning noise is a must. Noise complaints may result in forfeit of deposit. (Comply with Los Angeles no noise law before 8 am and beyond 10 pm). Parties and/or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. No party or event may take place without prior written permission.
-MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- the maximum number of guests is limited to 4.
-MAID SERVICE – Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate but weekly or bi weekly cleaning service can be arranged for additional fee.
-RAIN OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given, it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance.
-SECURITY DEPOSIT: Return of security deposit is conditional upon all terms of this agreement being met (examples include but are not limited to: violations of non smoking policy, violations of our no party policy). Tenant is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear and will be taken from their deposit.
-CHECK IN: Unless agreed differently check-in is after 3:00 PM.
-CHECK OUT: By 11:00 am. A later check-out may be granted if agreed to within 24 hours of check out date and there is no new arrival checking in.
-TENANT'S LIABILITY: Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by Tenant or Tenants guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse owners for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.
-HOLD HARMLESS: Owner(s) / Manager(s) do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water,gas, phone, internet, cable or satellite TV, or electricity services or plumbing. Nor will Owners/managers accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond its control. The foregoing notwithstanding, Owner(s)/Manager(s) will use good faith efforts to remedy any deficient condition following notice.
-TENANT AS SUBJECT OF THE LAW: Tenant acknowledges that during the length of the rental period, Tenant and his/her guests is/are subject to all State and Federal laws, County Ordinances and City regulations valid within the jurisdiction where the Unit is located. Owner(s) and/or Manager(s) are neither responsible to inform Tenant of what these laws, ordinances and city regulations are, nor could Owner(s) and/or Manager be held liable should Tenant(s) and/or Tenant's guests commit a crime, misdemeanor, felony or infraction (including parking infractions).
-BATHROOMS: Please be mindful not to flush anything other then toilet paper and do not overstuff.
-KITCHEN SINK: Do not put anything in the garbage disposal.

I'm originally from Montreal and have lived in Venice for over 15 years. I really appreciate the lifestyle here and enjoy staying fit and healthy. The beach is only a few minutes away by bike and less then a 10 minute walk. I love great wine & food, art, architecture and cool cultural attractions which makes this location right off of Abott Kinney beyond ideal.
The neighborhood has many wonderful things to offer. I know it inside and out and would be happy to share all of my recommendations with you. Looking forward to having you as my guest!
