Comfortable studio beautifully decorated. Great for couples or friends traveling together. All amenities of home in this well kept unit. We are just 5 minutes walking from the beach, bars, restaurants and local surf shops.

Studio has a queen size bed, a/c unit and TV with cable. There is also WiFi and a full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who like to prepare their own meals.

Our facilities have beautiful landscaped surroundings and free parking. The swimming pool area has a charcoal BBQ grill, outdoor shower and lounge chairs.

On the mornings you can walk to Casa Verde or Island House restaurant for breakfast. After that you can head to the beach and do different water sports or excursions. At night you can also walk to different bars and restaurants, some of them ocean front.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy.

The property should be left relatively close to the manner in which it is found to avoid extra charges for cleaning costs.

Smoking inside the units is not allowed.

PROPER USE: Guest agrees to use the property as a vacation rental and shall obey all applicable laws. Guests will not create noise or circumstances likely to disturb others. The guest who signs the contract will be responsible for people who stay with him. All rentals are to families and responsible adults, 21 years or older. Please notify immediately if you observe any issue that might be a concern for health or safety to others. No pets or visits are allowed. Tenant(s) shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bin outside the main driveway gate. Tenant(s) is cautioned not to leave trash inside for long periods of time because it attracts animals and bugs. All dishes MUST be washed. There are no household supplies beyond a “starter supply”.

LIABILITY WAIVER: House owner and his agent Tropical Coast Properties, both act in good faith and on behalf of both Owner and Guest, and in no way incur any liability for any acts, matter or things done, omitted or suffered by any party. Tropical Coast Properties and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to our other services such as transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning services, rental cars, babysitting, etc. We are not responsible of damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of each property.

AIR CONDITIONING: Shall be off while no one in the rooms or on the property.

POOL LIABILITY WAIVER: GUEST RENTING IN PROPERTIES WITH POOL ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. As such, Guest is responsible for Guest's safety and the safety of any guests of Guest. Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool. Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around a pool area. Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for Guest's safe use of the pool and pool area.

Thanks Jennifer and Keith! Our trip was seamless (especially with our early departure time) and we loved staying at Casa di Palma! Everything was very clean and welcoming - even better than pictured. I wish we had found it before our visit last year! The location is great - just a quick walk away from the beach, bars and restaurants on Sandy Beach but serine and restful. We'll be back.

The town was nice. Beach is 3min walk. We met the owner Keith who was very nice. The place is perfect little studio. Really no complaint at all about the place we enjoyed it. While our friends power was out all day , at another house , our ac was nice and cool. Ode to the elephants is a really cool Thai/PR restaurant with great view right around the corner.

Everything with Elier went well pre-reservation. The room we booked was unfortunately not what we had expected. Elier went above and beyond to host us in a different space for the first night, and was very understanding an accommodating about us having to check out early. The refund was done there and then. Very professional host in PR

The welcome wasn't the normal TLC we've come to experience with other properties we've rented, but it was ok. Elier met us at the property after a little confusion, gave us a map, showed us where we were and places to go, gave a brief intro to the unit and was on his way. We never saw him again. He is a manager and not the owner so maybe a little is lost there. The unit was ok, nothing special. Basically a hotel room with a small kitchen attached. The unit is on the ground floor so the only view was the front of our car in the car park as we walked outside. This was not understood in the description, however the unit was clean and the A/C blew cold. The neighborhood was fine and just a short walk to the beach, a few bars with music, and places to eat, although noise was not an issue at the unit. An auto is required to get around to other destinations and for provisions. Overall the place was basic accommodations in a reasonably convenient location. It is hard to put a value rating since we don't know the market, but feelings were it was overpriced for what it was. Rincon was great and if we return we will stay elsewhere.

Ray, thanks for writing a review. Like you mention it seems that you are not familiar with the market in Rincon. I manage over 60 properties in the area and the nightly rate is a great deal for a unit with full kitchen and swimming pool, as well as our other amenities. After you book you told us your wife decided she wanted a place with a view but the other units with a view were not available. When you arrive you wanted me to accommodate you in other place that I manage but that was not possible. I am always around and during your stay I had to do other check in and check out services on the other 4 units in Casa D Palma, but you were not there the times I went. Anyway I am always a phone call away and I live with my family on the same street just a little up the hill (where you got first by mistake). I believe that the problem was that this was not what you were looking for, since it seems you wanted more like a private house. Anyway I am glad that you had a great time in Rincon.

Loved that everything was very clean, the host was very attentive and Night life is walking distance. Definitely will stay again!

Excelente lugar. Limpio, moderno, en excelentes condiciones y bien cerca de la playa. Una pena que no pude quedarme todo el fin de semana pero definitivamente volveria a Casa D Palma!

For me Rincon is not just where I work, but is also the only place I call home. I was raised in Puntas and still live in the same neighborhood. Even one street was named after my great-grandfather Vereno. I certainly love helping people that like me are in love with this town…
