My family and I spent a wonderful time in Rome, staying in Lorenza's apartment. It's very spacious, great designed and and has everythings you need. Concerning conviniences there are dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, hairdryer and of course air condition. Wi-fi is also included. What is more, you can find a lot of dishes at the kitchen, so cooking is not a problem. We also asked for an iron, and we git it next day. Oh and firniture is really comfortable, especially mattresses, for me it's important. I really appreciate calmness and fresh air, that is one more reason why I loved the flat. The surroundings're really great: coniferous trees, several times we saw squirrels. Concerning noise, we didn't hear anything disturbing. And the best advantage of this apartment is parking.
There's only one supermarket near by, Pim, in about 5 min walking, but we liked much more local market Mercato Triofale - it's about 20 min by bus. However there're also Todis and Carefour supermarkets in about 7 min by bus.
The bus stop locates in about 7 min walking, but be careful: the first bus stop you will see just cross the road isn't for central direction. You can use buses n 990 and 913 to go to the city center, but in my opiniom 913 is rather convinient, because it goes faster (approx 30 min) and final stop is almost via del Corso, that means you reach almost in the heart of historical center of the Eternal City.
Lorenza answered all our questions quikly, it was easy to contact with her.
I would advise this apartment if forest surroundings is more valuable for you, and time in transport is not a problem. And if you go or rent a car.
My next trip to Rome i would stay here again.
