This new loft is located in San Telmo, on an avenue & 3 blocks from Defensa Street. Its owner is an artist that have done all possible to make it a very comfortable place for your stay. Very close to major city sights & easy to discover the city.
Large loft (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) in the heart of Buenos Aires that is easily accessible from anywhere in the city.
The house has been designed by an artist that enjoys the arts and nature. Its large room is ideal for a couple or anyone that wants space but still a cozy feel. It can be used for practicing yoga or dancing Tango like the locals, without the hassle of finding an outside place.
There are 2 twin size beds (or 1 queen if put together). A large sofa, a round table with 4 chairs, a loveseat, and 2 large bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower.
It is a very comfortable space, with air conditioners, heat and ceiling fans. Also, emergency lights in case of power outage. The loft has a refrigerator and microwave but it does NOT have full kitchen. Breakfast is not provided but there are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, bars and cafes near by. There are also fruit shops and supermarkets 2 and 3 blocks away, as well as pharmacies, ice cream and antique shops.
Every Sunday, Defensa street closes for pedestrians and you are able to enjoy the fair in Plaza Dorrego. In the evenings, you can join the local Tango lovers that meet to dance and listen to Tango music. Well worth a visit if you come to Buenos Aires!
Argentineans love their meat! And for good reason. So many places in San Telmo for a delicious churrasco. But, there are also plenty of options for vegetarians as well. Remember to ask for empanadas and queso provolone when you go to a restaurant. You will enjoy the meals with Argentine wines!

It is located on an avenue, 3 blocks from Defensa Street, which becomes pedestrian street on Sundays. Very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, historic cafes, Tango houses, restaurants, ice cream shops. Only a couple of blocks from Plaza Dorrego and Parque Lezama. Walking distance to Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo, Cathedral (were the current Pope was a Cardinal). Easily accessible by taxi, buses and train.
The loft doesn't have a full kitchen but there is a refrigerator and a microwave. Nevertheless, there are plenty of great local restaurants near by to have delicious currascos (barbecue) and other options for vegetarians such as "queso provolone" and "empanadas de verduras". Also, there are bakeries, cafes, supermarkets only a few blocks away. You must try medialunas and facturas de dulce de leche! The most amazing ice cream shops are in Buenos Aires and close to the home. We are sure you will find great places to enjoy good meals.

The loft is big enough that you can practice yoga or Tango. Teachers for private lessons are available upon request.

This is a family home so it is important that you treat our loft as well as you would want anyone to treat your home. No parties allowed. Be considerate of others. Noise level at a decent volume.
This is also a Drug Free - Pet Free - Smoke Free home. Those activities are not allowed.
Broken items will be charged. Except for "Welcome Package" provided by the management, all items should remain in the apartment.
