Stay on the Beach! We are located right outside of the protected beach zone for Manuel Antonio making it only steps away from the most sought after beach in Costa Rica!

For early 2021 we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! They usually only work from 8-5 Monday through Friday, which is usually when you will be at the beach or enjoying all the areas activities!

There is nothing more awesome than listening to the waves crash from our private splash pool, or just walking right out of your villa and right onto Manuel Antonio Beach! You came to Costa Rica to be on the beach, not to travel to it! There are also restaurants, a bus stop, and grocery store nearby. Come enjoy our little piece of beachfront paradise!
