The space is fully open plan, this includes the bathroom, the curtains are provided to allow some segregation. A screen is provided for the bathroom and white curtain which can be drawn to enclose off the space fully.
50 m from the beach and 400 m from the centre of Alvor village, the location of the apartment allows you during the entire stay to easily get around on foot.
The apartment is a 20 m stroll to the new Pestana Alvor South Beach Hotel with its Seaview Restaurant.
Alvor village offers everything you need during your stay such as the public swimming baths, hair and beauty salons, a spa, shops, supermarkets, banks, taxi rank, gastronomy, culture, sports and purpose built wooden walkways to enjoy the stunning protected natural reserve. There is even a small bus that circulates during the day to and from nearby Portimao. There are larger buses that go to Lagos/Albufeira.
This apartment is the ideal base to enjoy your Algarve holiday.
The building has two lifts and a ramp at the entrance.
Parking is free of charge.
Airport transfers from Faro are available at an additional charge.
Equipped with bed linen, towels, cutlery, plates, pots, pans, oven trays and kitchen utensils.
There are Condiments left by previous guests and myself.
Ice blocks for cooling food are provided.
A sun umbrella is provided for usage on the beach and beach bats and balls.
A toilet roll is provided for you initial arrival (1 no).
The bedding and towels are changed mid break in stays longer than 7 nights.

Meet and greet is free and essential for the key exchange. There is a 20 euro surcharge for arrivals after 7pm.

Cash is often the required payment method in most restaurants, fees may be incurred if cash is not in euros.

A breakages deposit is required in addition of the booking cost upon arrival.
Please note animals are not accepted, smoking is not permitted within the apartment, however it is permitted on the balcony and a ashtray is provided.
Guest are expected to be respectful to neighbours and privacy of other parties at all times.
A guest is a person booking a short-term rental of the space for a short period od time in days. A guest by making a booking has an agreement with us and the Guest agrees to be the Customer.
Noise levels should be considerate to the neighbours.
All waste should be removed on a daily basis.
No equipment should be removed from the apartment.
Changeover can be flexible if there's no immediate new guests arriving.
The rooms will be vacated at 12pm noon on The final day of the Booking.
The room shall be available for the short stay at 3pm on arrival day.
All candles used shall be replaced.

Music and noise must not impede on the neighbours, any complaints will be chargeable if we suffer a loss.
Please be respectful during your stay.
Tenant staying for three weeks or more are responsible for washing the bedding during there stay and general tidying and cleaning of the apartment.
Except and or fees means, all Agency Fees in relation to the Booking and medium of exchange method that the Customer chooses, because general customers tend to wish to pay by online or fiat exchange methods which the agent has no control over. Money is required for the stay.
The space is to live within only and not to be used for any commercial reasons whatsoever.
Fees for all agency expenses must be included in the booking to cover such expenses that may be required.
