FRIENDLY WALKABLE NEIGHBORHOOD!!

NOTE: This property is exclusive for Airbnb guest/s only and no persons reside on the premises on a regular basis! Further, the property is not shared with others; and the confirmed guests will have the entire home to themselves!!

There are two spacious bedrooms with two firm Euro-top Queen Mattress bed sets in each room. ALL pillows, mattresses, and box springs are surrounded & protected against allergens, dust mites, bed bugs, bacteria, perspiration and fluids. One large bathroom (multiple person use). Upper floor unit (1 flight of stairs). Full-size kitchen with original charm. Kitchen has all appliances and a breakfast nook. Large and comfortable living & dining rooms. Lots of windows make the living space airy and bright. There is a balcony at front of property with a bistro set where you can enjoy an early morning coffee or late evening glass of wine. PARTIAL VIEW of HOLLYWOOD SIGN & OBSERVATORY (from side living room window). There is also a slight view of Century City from rear bedroom.

Flat Screen that you see in pictures has been moved to the Kitchen and there is a "NEW" 40 inch Flat Screen with DirectTV in Living room. Free Wireless Internet and Washer & Dryer available in unit. Planet Fitness gym is 5 minutes away.

Interaction with host will be limited. However, I am always available for my guests should you need assistance with anything to ensure your stay is the best it can be :-)

Mid-Wilshire is a prominent neighborhood located adjacent to historic Hancock Park, Larchmont, and the Miracle Mile neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Close proximity to Downtown Los Angeles, LA Live, Los Angeles Convention Center, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Century City, Farmers Market & The Grove, LACMA, USC, California Science Center, and trendy Melrose Avenue!

Great restaurants, supermarkets, major banks, and convenience stores are nearby.

Uber, Lyft, & Taxi friendly.
Enterprise Rental Car is a four block walk away.
Metro Bus is a two block walk away.
The nearest subway station is at Wilshire/Western.

Separate & Private Home: Just to clarify for you ...the unit is a separate and private upper duplex (entire home) unit. You will have the entire unit to yourself with your own front entrance and exit to back yard. Both duplex units are completely separate!!

No Parking Space. There is FREE street parking available, and no access to driveway or garage (unless you are loading/unloading your luggage).

1. No Smoking or Drug use permitted on the property
NOTE: Deposits could be utilized to clean the property from the affects of any kind of smoke.
2. No events, filming, or photography
on the property
3. No Loud Noise i.e., parties. With that said, please make yourselves at home because the unit/s separation is actually very good! So, don't worry about making reasonable noise!! Quiet time is 11pm.
5. No non-registered or overnight guests NOTE: The number of guests selected in your reservation is the maximum number of guests that should stay overnight at the property. Additional guests can only be added with the approval of the owner. Charges may apply if additional guests are allowed in the property.
6. No Candles and/or Open Flames
7. NO PETS
8. Laundry Hours are LIMITED to 8:00am - 8:00pm daily (BECAUSE THIS IS AN UPPER UNIT; and the VIBRATION is received in the downstairs unit)!!
9. Any DirectTV movies ordered will be charged back to guests via security deposit. The charge if notified and paid for up front is $10 per movie. The charge if we have to contact the guest after CHECK OUT will be $25 per movie.
10. If you choose to use the Air Conditioners - PLEASE: Conserve to Preserve: We are committed to energy and resource conservation. Therefore, please turn air conditioners OFF when rooms are not occupied and/or if you leave the property at any time during your stay.
11. Due to the water shortage that the City of Los Angeles is experiencing (Water Conservation Ordinance), please use towels more than once, limit showers to a reasonable time, and wash full-loads ONLY. SAVE WATER, SAVE L.A.

Your FULL deposit can be affected if you violate ANY House Rules.

Michael was a wonderful host! He made us feel very comfortable with approaching with him any questions or concerns. The house was very nice and spacious as well and close to all the main attractions in LA.

Our stay at Michael's was wonderful. We spent one morning walking the neighborhood looking at all the beautiful homes. The location is very peaceful which is nice to come back to after going downtown. The apartment has plenty of space and Michael has gone beyond when it comes to aminities. Thanks Michael for a great experience.

This was a terrific listing which far exceeded our expectations. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The photos are very accurate. Michael was extremely communicative and responsive. There is an abundance of towels and extra bedding. Even though he asks that you only use the washer and dryer between 9am - 6pm because it is noisy for the unit below, we arrived after 6pm after several days of hiking and without my even asking, Michael offered for us to use the laundry until 10pm. The neighborhood is lovely with tree lined streets and close to many shopping, dining, and sight seeing opportunities. We will definitely stay in this unit again if we are back in LA.

Staying with Michael was a great experience! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. I was in LA on business, and this place provided the perfect after-work retreat. It's in a wonderful central location, and in a nice neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again.

Michael was very helpful from the minute we made our reservation. He responded immediately to any questions we had and is very friendly. The house is even better in person than the photos! It is super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fantastic! I felt like I was at home! The location was perfect, just a short drive to Santa Monica beach, Beverly Hills or Venice Beach. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I am in the music industry and four of us stayed there and everyone was impressed. I plan on booking it again next year!
