The room is at the back of the property on the ground floor, and provides peaceful views over the garden. Wheelchair accessible.
Private use of the main house bathroom with bath and separate (large) shower.
There is an electric blanket on the bed and hot water bottle available if needed. The room also has a central heating radiator.
Towels provided if needed.
Tea & coffee making facilities available.
Full access to the main house bathroom, conservatory, kitchen and garden.
Although I love meeting new people, I'm also mindful of your need for privacy, so you can interact with me as much or as little as you'd like.
I will be happy to suggest places to visit if required.
The main high street is a 7 minute walk away and contains many supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and pubs.
The high street also boasts its own milkshake bar, library, medical centre, pharmacy, banks & coffee shop complete with locally sourced French breads and pastries.
The property has easy access to the M1/A1, M62, A64 (to York) & A63 (to Selby).
There is a bus stop outside the house with direct routes to Leeds and Wakefield.
Other bus stops heading to Castleford, Wetherby & Selby are a few minutes walk away as is the Train station with direct routes to Leeds, York, Bradford and many other destinations.
The property benefits from an alarm system and exterior lighting, for added security when the property is left unoccupied.
Please take your shoes off once inside as I don't charge a cleaning fee.
On leaving the house, please ensure all doors and windows are closed.
At the end of your stay, please put all used towels in the bath.
