This is a cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath, 900 sq ft located on Magazine St in the Lower Garden District. For those of you who not visited the area before, Magazine St is the 2nd biggest Uptown thoroughfare, after St Charles. The area has the thickest concentration of restaurants, bars and boutiques outside of the French Quarter. It is 2 min from St Charles, 5 to the convention center and 10 to the FQ (all are also walkable). 2 rooms have queen beds, one has a full. We have a full kitchen as well as washer/dryer set. While we don't have cable, we provide guests with access to Netflix & Hulu accounts.
Guests will have access to two balconies (one private, one shared). We request that you do not use the shared balcony after 10 PM. We also have a large, grassy backyard area- perfect for kids!
I am available by phone. Additionally, I am on site regularly. Always happy to answer questions when needed.
There is no off-street parking available with this unit. There is only on-street public parking available (both on Magazine Street and side streets. Please be mindful that just a block away you do have to pay to park during certain times during the day. As long as you park on the block in front of building and/or magazine going downtown you will be just fine.
The unit comes with wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is no cable or satellite TV.
No smoking inside. As others live in the building, please be respectful- be quite when walking through the communal hallway, and no loud noises after 10pm. Only registered guests allowed in the unit, and no parties. Enjoy yourselves!
