Spring, Summer, Fall:
It's a 10 second walk to the private, heated pool; a 15 second walk to the games room with a pool table and a ping-pong table; a 2 minute stroll to the supervised private beach with complementary canoes, kayaks and peddle boats and; only 30 seconds to the private tennis courts! All included.
Relax in the condo with all the luxuries of home. Didn't bring the kids? Snuggle by the fireplace in winter or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio.
When you wake up in the morning, look out the living room window and check the conditions on the hill! A great view but get ready to ski...
You are less than 1 km to the hill; be there in time for First Tracks! Travel to the hill on the bus that stops just a moment's walk from our condo front door or drive 2-minutes to the downhill parking. The village is a 12-15 min walk.
Into Cross-Country skiing? The Jack Rabbit trail starts just steps from the condo's main entrance!
We also offer discount adult ski lift tickets! Good for any day of the season and approx. 40% off the Tremblant rate.
Our Pinoteau home is spacious, has a fully-equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, a queen master bed (Memory-foam), a Queen pull-out sofa bed, free wireless internet, free long-distance within North America, an iPod (or mp3) docking station, a book exchange, a PlayStation 3 with games, and more!
If you're looking for a relaxing evening, we have a movie collection with over 140 movies, free Netflix movie rentals, and free Hulu Plus to watch on the 42' HDTV or the 27' HDTV in the bedroom.
We strive to offer the best value at Tremblant for our type of property. If you're interested but you have found our rates are not competitive, please contact us! We also offer discounts for longer stays.
You will have access to the entire condo, a heated locker for your skis & boots or other seasonal equipment.
There is a games room in the adjacent building that you can use to play fooseball, ping-pong, or billiards.
In the summer, there are four tennis courts that can be booked, the pool is just steps away and the private beach for our condo complex is only a few minute walk away.
Wood-burning fireplace (if you are unfamiliar with fireplaces, please request assistance before starting the fire!)
There is free parking for one vehicle dedicated to our unit and a good number of first-come-first-serve guest spots (We've never had a problem finding a 2nd spot, when required).
Chris & Peter are available anytime prior to your stay to answer any questions that you may have on our condo or on the area in general.
The condo is yours, though, and you'll have full & exclusive access to all its amenities during your stay.
You'll love the wood-burning fireplace in the living room and all of the included entertainment amenities for those apre-ski evenings.
Please note that 5% GST and 9.975% QST and Lodging tax of 3.5% apply to our rates. The payment of the taxes will be arranged directly with us as owners or, optionally, you can pay it along with the Airbnb payment (the downside of paying via Airbnb is that they will charge the commission on the taxes).
GST : 5% (Goods and Services Tax)
QST : 9.975% (Province of Quebec Sales Tax)
Lodging: 3.5% (Province of Quebec Tax on Lodging)
Total Tax: GST + QST + Lodging + (Lodging * (GST + QST)) = 19% [sorry, I wish it wasn’t so!]
We also require guest's mailing address, phone number (including cellular), and e-mail address in order to complete a booking. Final check-in information will only be sent to your e-mail address.
IMPORTANT: Saturday check-ins or check-outs are by prearrangement only. Prior to sending a booking request starting or ending on a Saturday, please check with us first. Thanks!
No Smoking, no pets (sorry).
Guests must be 25+yrs of age (with the exception of children accompanying adults).
You must be respectful of your neighbors and, please, no loud noises that would disturb anyone else (in general but definitely no disturbing neighbors after 11:00).
Our condo is also our home away from home and we take great pride in it. You agree to notify us if anything gets soiled, broken or damaged and, other than normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for any costs incurred.
You agree to observe the requirements in the check-in/check-out list that will be provided to you (a sneak peak is below).
Ski lift tickets must be paid for in full for us to place an order. They are non-refundable after purchase but they are good for any day of the ski season without restrictions. If you have extra tickets left after your visit, Chris & I do our very best to sell them for you at cost and refund for unused tickets; however, we can't guarantee that we'll always be successful at re-selling the tickets. It's always best to order only as many tickets as you'll be able to use.
Check-in / Check-out requirements
Please let us know right away if there is anything at all that does not fully meet your expectations! We're motivated to ensure that your stay is perfect.
-- Winter: Turn the heat down to ~15 degrees C (Bedroom, living room, bathroom)
-- Winter: Close the Fireplace Flue
-- Turn off the heated floors (bathroom, kitchen)
-- Complete the last load of dishes, dry and put them away
-- Hang used towels on the shower rod, leave used linens on the beds or piled (do no put away)
-- Pack up and put away any Movies or games that you used
-- Turn off the TV, Play Station2, DVD Play er, Computer
-- Take the garbage and recycling to the boxes in the Parking Lot
-- Leave the condo keys hanging on a coat hook
-- Please let us know if anything was not working properly or if any incidentals need stock
-- Lock the front door and depart through the patio door; lock it with the "Lock" button

Christine & Peter both live and work full-time in Ottawa, Canada. Chris is a Flight Dynamics expert who keeps Canada's telecommunication satellites in-orbit and on-station. Peter is a high-tech project manager for a leading embedded software company, QNX.
