We will greet you on arrival and make you familiar with all that is available to you.
NEIGHBORHOOD TRANQUILITY. Please keep noise to a minimum, including children playing loudly, talking loudly, laughing, music, Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
VISITORS. We understand that you may be visiting friends in the area or traveling with others that are not staying on the premises. While visitors are welcome, please do not invite more than can fit comfortably on the seating provided. The maximum number of overnight visitors are listed on the contract.
SMOKING. Smoking in not permitted in the premises, balcony or outside the front door. If you must smoke you will need to go outside to the street, or leave the area entirely. The building is equipped with very sensitive smoke detectors and if you choose to ignore this rule, it will cause the elevator to lock and will need to be reset. You will be held responsible for the cost of this service.
PARKING. One parking space is provided in front of the garage to the left of the planter. All others must park on the street. Street parking is limited to 2 hours in some areas.
TRASH. Trash must not be left in the unit or on the balcony. There are extra trash bags under the kitchen sink. The trash cans are on the street level. As you are exiting to the street you will see a door to the left before the 3 stairs. This leads to the stairway and to the trashcans. The door to the outside is kept locked. Please lock on after you throw out trash.
WET CLOTHING. We understand the beach is right outside the door. But please do not sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or track sand into the unit. Remove sandy shoes and dust off feet before entering the premises.
GRILL. A propane grill has been provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Please treat it responsibly by cleaning it after use. Make sure you turn off the propane when you are finished.
PETS. Pets are not permitted in the unit at any time. No exceptions.

The Harbaugh Foundation, owns vacation rental properties in California, Hawaii, and Colorado. The income realized through our rental properties go to charitable causes, and to support national improvement efforts. Several of our charitable contributions go to rain forest depletion, youth development and Habitat for Humanity. We also provide relief support for natural disasters such as Hurricane Sandy (in 2013) and others. Our continued goal is to grow in charitable giving each year.
