Guests will have access to a small and cosy room with a comfy double bed and views over the village and onwards to the South Downs. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, comfy lounge with freeview television and kitchen. Wireless internet access available.
I work full-time but would be happy to spend time with you in the evenings chatting and recommending things to see and do in the local area.
I've lived in the area for six years and really love this part of the country. I would be happy to make recommendations of things for you to see and do during your visit, based on your interests.
Check-in is after 5pm and check-out by 10am (unless there is a prior agreement). No smoking in the flat - there is an outside area you can smoke in. If you want to cook in the kitchen please let me know, however I would prefer that you don't cook meat please.
