You get your own private balcony! Big sliding doors let in lots of light, and our house is super cozy. It's also a pleasure to be in one of the most up and coming neighborhoods in town with lots to do and see.
Wifi, fridge, balcony, pool (summer)
This really depends on which of us is around and how busy we are, but we're both friendly and enjoy meeting new people! Even if we are busy, we're happy to point you in the direction of anything you may need, or help you out with any questions you have. We also both understand the desire for space and privacy, and are happy to simply leave you to your room and your adventures.
We are really close to so much of the great things Portland has to offer. We just moved here ourselves and we couldn't be happier with the location. There are great bars, restaurants, shops, parks, and grocery stores within walking distance. Our apartment is on a busy intersection but it is quiet and homey within. Plus, pretty and quiet neighborhoods are just a block away off the main street and are great for taking walks.
Yes, you can get pretty much anywhere from here on public transit, it's a happening area.
No parking right on the premises, but free parking very close by. We can help you with this.
We're happy to share access to our kitchen, but please clean up after yourself!
Unless discussed ahead of time, we expect that only the number of people you originally signed up with will be coming into our home.
We don't allow smoking in our apartment, but you are welcome to smoke out on the balcony which, again, is attached to your private room.
Otherwise, we're good to go : )

Both have been travelers whom, now that they are settled, seek to create a warm an inviting space for guests. Julie has enjoyed trying all of the delicious micro brews of Portland and exploring its quirky culture, and Paola loves all of the niche shops and beautiful parks.
