Private double rooms , private lounge and dining room in 1824 heritage cottage in the centre of Hobart - short flat walk to cafes, restaurants in CBD, Waterfront and Salamanca.
Instant booking possible. Guest Parking Permit available on request. Just had its annual steam carpet cleaning (17 Jan 2017) (hard to organize as nearly 100% occupancy). Hopefully this addresses one minor and rare criticism about cleaning on a recent review (out of 155 reviews).
The space available can cater for a maximum of three guests.
- 1 queen size bed (1- 2 guests) in main bedroom.
Usually only when the main bed room is booked for 2 guests
then another separate bedroom with a double bed is available for another 1 guest.
The exception -you will need to inform me of the need for an additional room if there is only 2 guests in total but want separate rooms.
By doing this I am attempting to keep the cleaning costs and the overall rate down for guests. Hope this makes sense but please communicate if unclear.
Private lounge and dining room with breakfast making facilities - no kitchen. Milk, coffee, tea and sugar will be provided.
There will be no other guests in resident whilst you are there.
Cleaning will not be done daily. We are not a Hotel! For extended stays (3- days) guest should contact Jeff to arrange new sheets, fresh towels and cleaning as required.
As required by guests
Owner at times (or his family) may be present in a separate private part of the house (separate entrance to private apartment) during guest's stay. Owner or the cleaner will be available by mobile other times or email subject to their work requirements.
The cottage has planning approval from the Hobart City Council to operate as a B& B and has a current occupancy permit including complying with fire regulations.
No Smoking in house
