A wood-themed family apartment in the quiet village of Champfer next to the star-studded St Moritz. Located on the edge of the village with uninterupted views over the fields and mountains. High luxury over 2 floors with all the mod cons.
This is an apartment designed for a family. It has a large wooden floor living room with original fire-place, a cosy wooden “stubli dining" room for entertaining, a master suite (also with fire-place and original wooden beams). There are 3 further large bedrooms, and two bathrooms upstairs all with original features. The apartment is nestled into the woods on the corner of Champfer. It is ideal for family living or 3-4 couples. Located next to trees and the fields of the Silvaplana lake, it makes a perfect escape from the bustle of St Moritz, which is only a 5-10 minute drive away. The apartment was entirely re-designed at 2014 and has all the luxury you would expect.
I won't be there, but I have an extremely experienced local agent, Heini from Viva Ferien, who will manage your stay
I will prioritise bookings of 2 weeks and those bookings of 1 week or less that run Friday to Friday (or for 5/6 days within those 7 days) or Saturday to Saturday (or for 5/6 days within those 7 days)
Once you accept a booking I will put you in touch with my local agent (a career estate agent in St Moritz by the name of Heini who runs Viva Ferien). He holds the keys and you will have to liaise with him to collect them.
The apartment will have to be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of rental.
