Great location, halfway between Park City and SLC ski resorts. Close to downtown and great restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. Family oriented park is 900 ft away. Amazing kitchen, granite/stainless. Dining room table w mtn views.
For those awesome Airbnb guests... "Thank you!"
Unfortunately, due to a very small minority of un-awesome Airbnb guests, I have to make the following statements.
No pets. If pet hair is found, I reserve the right to take $400 of the security deposit for allergy remediation.
Smokers not allowed. If smoke is smelled inside the house upon exit, I reserve the right to withhold 100% of the security deposit for smoke remediation including repainting, deep cleaning, reupholstering, and any other remediation steps.
Only the agreed to number of people may stay the night in the house. At ANY time no more than 6 people may be on the property. If more than the agreed to number of people enter the house, I reserve the right to withhold $100 per extra guest from the security deposit.
Please, no wearing shoes inside the house. It makes cleaning more difficult and transmits noise to the downstairs tenants.
No moving of furniture.
I reserve the right to withhold additional security deposit funds if the house is left in a condition that would require "more than usual" cleaning--including but not limited to leaving dirty dishes out, food spills, excess dirt on the floors, trash left out, furniture moved, and dirt/stains/smears on any other surface.
Beyond these specific items, any and all other damage is expressly the responsibility of the guest and the host will pursue all means at their disposal to recoup any damages including, but not limited to, withholding the security deposit, filing a claim with airbnb hosting guarantee, pursuing legal action in the courts of Utah.
By requesting a reservation at my listing, you agree to abide and be bound by all the rules and regulations listed above.
