We strive with our heart and soul to provide you with a clean and fresh, secure and fully functional rental. In exchange we need to know exactly who will be staying in our rental. If you do not have a positive profile/history with AIRBNB, we will need exact information on who you are, where you are from and your employer in order to approve your reservation request. Also, the number of persons staying in the rental and full information on any dogs, including size/weight, vaccinations, flea and tick meds. We do not rent to locals under most circumstances. At least one (1) Positive AIRBNB Review is Required. We must know who is staying in our rentals. The same thing that you would want if this was reversed. Thank you !

If you are bringing a dog the following must be complied with: 1). Only one dog allowed. 2). Dog can't exceed 30 lbs in weight. 3): Dog must be placed in a cage, or outside in the yard when you leave the unit. Being a dog owner this makes me sad to place such stringent rules on your animal but we can all thank a few of the past guests' lack of concern for my property. I reserve the right to ask you to send me your pet's medication/flea/tick information. NO STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER TYPE DOGS. Driveway must be left open for passage to the rear property.
Trash pickup is early Monday morning. The dark green garbage container is located on the side of the driveway and is shared by both units. City only allows one container. Please place container on the street for Monday morning pickup.
This home is situated on a septic tank disposal waste system. PLEASE ABIDE BY THIS REQUEST that you do not place anything in the toilet that you do not eat. There is a small stainless steel container with plastic bag in the bathroom for placement of tissues, etc. Please place this bag into the regular garbage as needed. If this request is followed, we will not have any septic problems.
There are two (2) outdoor cameras located by the driveway steps on the front side and above the laundry room door in the back. None inside.
Your parking, inside the fence, is on the grass OFF THE DRIVEWAY, and alongside the driveway. With a maximum of two (2) cars allowed. On the street parking has never been a problem.
