'There is a Consum Supermarket with a Pharmacia about .5 Km away, and a bunch of taverns, cafes, and Tapas bars about 300 meters away'.

Owner's comment, 'I hire professional cleaners before every occupancy. Julinux's comment about the cleanliness of the place was particularly damaging and in my opinion inaccurate as reflected by the tone of his review.
Julinux said, 'Primero de todo informar que el anfitrión no habla castellano'.
Owner's response, ' I'm 80 years old and British and am using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translator to post this response'.
Julinux said,' La dirección en Airbnb no está completa por lo que tienes que llamarle al teléfono móvil (que tiene apagado) o a un fijo para conseguir que te diga exactamente donde está el apartamento y poder quedar'.
Owner's response, ' My units fall into a grey GPS zone that sometime can result in having GPS give the wrong directions. I try my best to help guests with this issue on arrival via phone and I do agree that the language barrier can be a problem. However the issue has more to do with the international GPS system than me not 'completing' the address on Airbnb.
Julinux said, 'A la hora de hacer el "checkout" y devolver las llaves el anfitrión llegó con mas de 45 minutos de retraso y hubo que llamarle en varias ocasiones al teléfono móvil que el había facilitado (movil apagado)'.
Owner's response, 'He rang my house at 9.45 on the check out day saying he was ready to leave. I was in the process of leaving my house to go to check him out and arrived at the apartment at 9.55'.
Julinux said, ' No lo recomiendo, es mi primera votación negativa en airbnb y pensé que el precio mas alto que en el resto de los apartamentos sería por la diferencia en calidad pero es el peor apartamento que he reservado desde que me registré en airbnb'.
Owner's response, ' I openly encourage any guests to mention any complaints or requirements during their stay. I'm a friendly, jolly chap, very honest and trusting as is evident of my initial review of Julinux. I said they were, 'excellent guests' little did I realize that despite no mention of anything to the contrary on check in, during his stay or check out that he would not only leave a disparaging review but vindictively leave it for public review. Having read the six reviews of him as a guest I would discourage any other Airbnb hosts to let this person stay in their accommodation.

Walter said, 'Peter and his wife have been very attentive and helpful in any circumstance. They are the dream hosts we have always wished to have when traveling around the world'.

Eduardo said, 'Peter muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo'.
Leonard said, 'The address on AirBNB didn't work with our SatNAV so we were on the phone a lot with Peter as he guided us to a meeting point and led us to the apartment. Peter was very helpful and patient with us a we bumbled our way towards our destination'.
Owner's final comment, ' I take care of my guests to the very best of my ability. Whilst certainly struggling with spanish (I did try to learn!) and technology (I have bought a new updated mobile phone) I've received good to glowing reviews from my other Airbnb guests not to mention all good reviews on the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) site that I also book guests through.
