Charming 2 bedroom flat with balcony is centrally located in Northwest London, near Belsize Park, which is a safe, family and culture filled area nestled between trendy Primrose Hill, lively Camden Lock and market and upmarket Hampstead village.

The apartment comfortably fits 3 people as there is a kingsize bed in main bedroom and single bed in second. The couch in the sitting room not appropriate as a spare bed.
The area, although only short bus ride from the center of town, has a charming village atmosphere, with the busy high street and a lovely range of local shops, restaurants, cafes, charming pubs, bars, a health and beauty spa, the Hampstead theatre (Swiss Cottage), a boutique cinema (the Everyman Belsize Park) and the Imax cinema (Odeon Swiss Cottage) just around the corner. Along with historical landmarks to visit within walking distance, including Keats' House (home of the poet) and Kenwood House (as featured in the film Notting Hill).

Guests have access to the living room, bathroom kitchen and balcony. There is no dishwasher on the premises and no access to the washing machine unless provision made for long bookings

I endeavour to interact personally with the guests (via personal email/mobile when booking made and/or airbnb sms) as much as possible. I travel from time to time and in my absence the management of the enquiries as well as bookings are in the hands of my daughter. I or in my absence, my daughter will continue to meet and welcome the guests on my behalf, at the listing and I do not intend to be present at the listing.

Beautiful Hampstead Heath/Primrose Hill Park and Regents Park (with the Zoo) are reachable on foot or public transport (buses 24/46) Many fantastic restaurants/coffee shops and food shopping centres (Sainsburys/Morrisons/Budgens/ Tesco local) are within walking distance.

1) Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, smoking allowed on the balcony.
2) No pets allowed
3) Not suitable for children 18m to 5y old however suitable for babies/prewalkers
4) I expect the guests to treat my apt with respect and care they hopefully reserve for their own homes and to leave it in the reasonably clean condition and tidy condition (i.e. don't expect to find dirty dishes in the sink, or the garbage bin not emptied etc)
5) For long listings (4 weeks and over) professional cleaning to be arranged on fortnightly basis (fee to be agreed with guests and to be paid in cash)

VASTLY OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY APARTMENT. The place is absolutely not worth the money the landlord is asking for and there is no way that guests should ever have to pay a cleaning fee when upon our arrival we had to spend two days cleaning the entire apartment ourselves. Literally every inch of the apartment was greasy, dusty and smelled like cigarette smoke, hence the abundance of incense in each room. You can tell that cleanliness is not a priority here since there is no mop to clean the floors and the hoover barely serves its purpose as it was very cheap and extremely old. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned inside with a lot of visible dirt residue. The oven did not work at all so we could not use it for the duration of our stay which was close to one month. The apartment is spacious but the quality of the furniture is very low indeed. The bed frame in the main bedroom is held together by planks of wood that are not fixed in place so that every time you sit on the bed, you have to lift up the mattress and realign them and I actually had to pay to have these fixed. The three legged flimsy chairs in the living room feel dangerous to sit on and are very uncomfortable, as is the sofa in the living room. The shower is very small and the shower riser rail fixing kept falling off so i was forced to replace this too. I also paid for a boiler cover that mysteriously "broke" since it had been held in place by some weak glue. The blinds are very sensitive in the living room so guests should take care lowering them or else you will have to organise for them to be repaired yourself. The apartment is not that close to public transport or any decent grocery stores and eateries and be prepared to take long cold walks if you come in Winter. I have used Airbnb several times and have loved every place I stayed at, except this one.

I had a great stay at Yelenas' place. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities required and an easy walk from the Tube. Any of my questions were answered promptly and with the utmost level of kind consideration. I had a great time in London. Thank you!!
