Only when we have back to back bookings, we will discuss the check in and check out time beforehand, in order to accomodate both. We want to to enjoy your stay in our country till the very end :-D
We kindly ask you to smoke outside in the ample spacious terrace whilst enjoying the lovely view or else in the back balcony. Kindly do not discard of cigarette buds onto neighbours premises/balconies.
We accept kids, but please do not leave them running around or screaming, as we are fond of our neighbours, and we do not want to disturb them in any way. Noise levels should be kept down at all times, especially outside in terrace/back balcony. Sorry...we will not tolerate aggressive behaviour and drunks in our apartment.
We have set some rules regarding water and electricity usage during stays, in order to avoid waste;
We allow 8 units of electricity usage daily during summer & 15 units in winter.
€0.50 per extra unit consumed, shall be charged.
The same goes for water consumption.
2 units are allocated for a 7 day stay.
Any extra water units consumed shall be charged at €7 per unit.
