Beautifull cottage located at an old traditional village. It's main advantage is the spectacular unobstructed view to the Aegean. If you can imagine yourself enjoying your mornining coffee with such an outlook, then this house will fit you perfectly.
This marvelous cottage is located at Ageria village 12km’s away from the islands port. Approximately 5 minutes away is the seaside village of Alyki, famous for its crystal clear waters and the traditional Greek restaurants where one can enjoy traditional culinary flavors. In addition 10 minutes away lays the faragas beach, one of the most famous beaches in Paros. There one can enjoy his/her drink at the Faragas Beach Bar, or taste the chef’s creations at IMF restaurant. The house is surrounded by a 3000 square meters garden with trees and flowers. The best part of this cottage is the spectacular view of the Aegean. The outlook is simply stunning. Ios, Sikinos and Antiparos Islands are visible. If you can imagine yourself drinking your morning coffee, or enjoying a sunset with full view of the Aegean then this house will be ideal. The interior of the house has one big living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms from which one is classified as a Master Bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The house can easily accommodate 5-6 people at a time. All bedrooms have A/C units and share the same magnificent view. The exterior consists of 3 large porches and a barbecue.
The distance between the house and the port [Parikia] is 12km's. There is a bus station about 100 meters away from the house and a bus line connecting the village and Aliki with Parikia. However we strongly recommend, for those who want to enjoy the nightlife or explore the island's hidden beauties, to rent a vehicle. Please note that the island of Antiparos is 30 minutes away from the house. (20 minutes drive +10 minutes by boat)
