This room features everything needed to stay 2. It includes a queen size bed, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area, wardrobe, a work desk, AC, and a stylish bathroom with direct access to the pool area. You will have your own entrance, and the privacy to have your own outdoor space, away from the shared areas of the villa area.
Our guest will have an own entrance, and gated garage. The area has a 50sqm swimming pool, that will be shared with our long term renters of one of our houses (Australian couple in their 30ies, that work permanently in Phuket), and potentially other renters of our guest rooms listed at airbnb. The 18sqm pool pavilion will also be shared with all guests at the villa area. Max number of people sharing the public area would be about 12 persons, but it would doubtfully be fully occupied, as it looks right now.
We will not be interacting with our guests at all, but will have our Thai house sitter, Toy looking after you, and making sure long-term renters get their rooms cleaned every 4th day and towels and sheets replaced once a week. There will be further useful information given in the rooms for our guests convenience.
Nai Yang beach is a very "Thai" area of Phuket. The calmness and exotic vibe supports the relaxed beautiful vacation needed for many. There are a closely located market 3 times a week (Tuesday Thursday, Saturday), that for most are a must see and taste! the restaurants at the beach are still owned by genuine Thai people, and its always pleasant to enjoy a nice affordable meal at the beach.
The beach is located about 10-15 min walking distance away from the villa, but it would be recommended to get either a car, or a motorbike for all other destinations at the island. Public transportation doesn't really exist, and taxis is quite expensive in the local currency. I might have a car that you can rent if you are staying at the Villa, send an inquiry and ill let you know! Otherwise, can motorbikes easily be found at the beach for rent.
I can strongly recommend the application "UBER" that recently got launched here at the island, and could give you good prices and ease the accessibility of finding transportation to get around.
We would like for our guests to be respectful to other guests at the public areas. It is an excellent house to stay in, and everyone will have spacious areas to use, but for everyone's well-being, would after-late hours swimming, and high sound levels be appreciated at the latest 10pm, if not agreed on, to be accepted later, beforehand, with the other renters.
I am a retired life lover! Frequent world traveler, a Thai local when it comes to food, very interested in interior/design, and have a very large family. Hard to find quality time for all my lovely grandchildren home in Sweden! Together with Ulf, I live in Phuket 5 month every year sins 2004. Now I have decided to offer others to stay as wonderful as I always do!
